WOLF by Vanderpump was EVERYTHING I hoped it would be and then some! I'm a huge Lisa Vanderpump fan, so getting to finally experience one of her restaurants was such a fun little moment for me. From the second we walked in, I was completely obsessed with the aesthetic. The decor is 10/10 -- chic, sexy, dramatic, and unapologetically over-the-top in the best possible way. Every corner feels intentionally designed, from the moody luxe details to the glamorous furnishings. It's definitely one of those restaurants where you want to look around before you even sit down because there is so much to take in. And the merchandise?! SO adorable. I absolutely loved browsing all the cute Vanderpump-inspired pieces. We started with cocktails, and WOLF absolutely understood the assignment. We ordered the Huff & Puff and Cry Wolf, and both were delicious! The cocktails weren't just tasty -- the entire presentation made them feel like part of the experience. Beautiful, polished, and very Vanderpump. Definitely the kind of drinks you want to photograph before taking the first sip! For appetizers, we had to order the Famous Goat Cheese Balls, and YES, they absolutely live up to the hype. These little bites are beautifully crisp and golden on the outside with that creamy, tangy goat cheese center, paired with a sweet-and-spicy element that makes the whole bite incredibly addictive. The combination of creamy, crispy, sweet, and savory was perfection. We also ordered the Wood Bread, and OMG. This was such a simple-sounding appetizer but ended up being one of those dishes we kept going back to. Warm, comforting, flavorful, and absolutely perfect for sharing. It was the kind of bread where you take one bite and immediately understand why you needed it on the table. For entrées, we went all in! The Ken's Haddock 'N' Chips was SO good. The fish was beautifully fried with a crisp, golden exterior while staying tender and flaky inside. It had that perfect contrast between crunchy and delicate, and it felt like an elevated take on a classic fish-and-chips dish. Honestly, this was 100/10 for me. Then came the Brisket & Tri Tip Bolognese, and WOW. The pasta was rich, hearty, and packed with flavor, with the slow-cooked brisket and tri-tip giving the sauce that deep, savory, comforting quality you want from a really good Bolognese. The pasta itself was absolutely delicious and coated in that gorgeous sauce. This was another 100/10 and easily one of my favorite dishes of the night. Of course, we couldn't stop at two cocktails, so we also tried the Peter Rabbit and Wolfberry. Both were delicious and continued the fun, elevated cocktail experience. I loved that each drink felt like it had its own personality rather than just being another cocktail on the menu. And because dessert is NEVER optional, we finished with the Boozy Ice Cream, specifically the prickly pear margarita-infused flavor. Such a fun way to end the meal! For the main course, we took the hotel staff's recommendation and went with the Wolf Burger, and I highly suggest adding a little heat by asking about the seasonal hot pepper available. Made a reservation and walked over from a local hotel, Wolf is located inside the Caesar's Republic Hilton, just a short walk from the north entrance of Macy's at Fashion Sq The restaurant is surprisingly spacious inside, lots of tables with views of the mountain to the north and the pool area. Tables are well spread out, interior is dark (at night) full of custom unique chandeliers; some that rotate slowly. Dimly lit, but very trendy and although no formal dress code, definitely a place that makes you want to dress up for. Food selection is small, varied and prices are reasonable. I ordered my steak on the side, cooked medium rare. It was forgotten entirely, and when it finally arrived, it was well done. Wolf is on the 7th floor of the hotel and was visually a cool spot. The decor certainly felt a bit upscale but the dress code was all over the place from what I saw. The food was pretty good though some of my truffle fries were really oily as in dripping oil when you bit into them. But, the truffle flavor wasn't overpowering and the fries were crispy. The Wolf Burger had juicy patties and the melted havarti cheese definitely added to the flavor. I just don't think it wowed me to want to go back for it. I did enjoy my Desert Wolf shot. My friends enjoyed their drinks too: Sheep's Clothing which just looked visually stunning and their Cowboy Up. If you're an old fashioned kind of person, she enjoyed hers. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. But, the music was so loud sitting near the deejay that we could barely hear each other. While I'm a fan of Lisa Vanderpump and was excited to try this place out, I honestly had bit of low expectation due to some reviews not having a good experience coupled up with the fact that it's a celebrity owned place. To be fair, the only high expectations I had were for the cocktails -- gotta live up to the name and hype of Vanderpump Rules right? (If you know, you know) The cocktails were delish! I went with 4 other ladies and we just loooooved every drink we ordered -- which was probably a total of 8 different drinks. Loved the bread and goat cheese balls. Steak was actually very good quality; however -- they don't know how to cook it like a true high quality steak house would so don't expect any of that there. The bolognese was interesting, but ultimately wasn't a fan of it. I don't like brisket in bolognese type of thing; although it seemed to be a hit with some of the other girls. I give it 5 stars for the ambiance, drinks and apps. I'd definitely come back just for all three. Beautiful views as well, great spot for a date night. They had a live DJ on Saturday night to create a nice dinner atmosphere. Our favorite highlights were the Wagyu sliders and Chilean seabass along with all of the signature cocktails. We made reservations to celebrate our anniversary on a Saturday night. We were greeted by the 3 or 4 hostesses at the hostess stand who were all very sweet and full of smiles. For our appetizer, we ordered the HEIRLOOM BEETS $16. Heirloom & Striped Beets, Pistachios, Lemon & Herb Pesto, Baby Arugula, Burrata. This was refreshing and delicious. We arrived about 45 minutes early to grab a drink at the hotel rooftop bar. They had a live band and the views of Camelback were stunning. We were there just before sunset, and the sky turned the prettiest shades of pink, such a perfect start to the evening. When we headed down for our reservation, we were seated right away. The decor immediately stood out. Antler chandeliers mixed with furs and crystals, oversized chairs, and wolf statues created this unique blend of elegance and rustic charm. The whole space feels like a rustic bougie dream. The bar itself is incredibly long and cool. Our group sat at a great round table with a mix of booth seating and chairs, which made it feel social and comfortable. We staged with cocktails, and they were just as fun as they were delicious. The Pumped Up Kicks espresso martini came with a wolf chocolate and a donut hole. The Petter Rabbit garden margarita was another standout, complete with the tiniest carrot I have ever seen, so cute! We had to get the famous goat cheese balls with hatch chile and hot honey of course. These were pretty good! This place is an absolutely incredible experience! The restaurants is within Caesars, and the decor, design, and ambiance to this place is extremely unique, elegant, and enjoyable. Staff here seems to be very knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly and helpful in providing menu suggestions when guests are unsure of what to order, and they take wonderful care of their guests. We were frequently checked on, water and drink refills were never too long, and they did a wonderful job of helping to celebrate my wife's birthday. For an appetizer we ordered their bread service. The bread came with two different flavored butters that could be enjoyed, both of which were fantastic. It also had some crispy, melted cheese that added a great crunch and flavor above and beyond what would've been expected. For dinner, I had their Wolf Burger, which came with 8oz of wagyu beef (2 patties), onions, and their delicious house aioli. It had a darker, more mysterious vibe with lots of wolf sculptures and pictures. Some of the chairs looked like thrones. The entire restaurant had a great view of the mountains. They even opened some of the windows as the sun was setting - such a great photo op! I really wanted to try the popular Pump-tini, but I was driving us. Maybe next time. We did get the famous goat cheese balls that Stassi was so obsessed with in the show. Honestly, it did not meet the hype for me - it was good, but I wouldn't go out of my way to get them. Our girl group sat down for dinner at 6:30pm, and they opened the shades once the sun set for a beautiful mountain view. The music was great when we got there, but they switched up the playlist to a totally different vibe that we didn't love. Our waitress, Anna, was so lively and attentive. The risotto was a bit crunchier than I expected and had some spice to it. The seabass was cooked perfectly but could've had a stronger lemon caper flavor. Though it's not listed on the menu as part of the dish description, it's worth noting that the seabass came with mixed vegetables and perfectly cooked thinly sliced potatoes. The lobster ceviche crisps were pretty underwhelming. The lobster was a good texture but lacked flavor. The goat cheese balls were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and tasted delicious with the honey served beneath them. Another beautiful restaurant concept by the Lisa Vanderpump. This is her first restaurant in Arizona and the vibes totally match her normal aesthetic. I didn't like the bread as much as I thought I would, the black lava butter was far too salty & it tasted a bit over cooked. The tuna tostadas were my favorite, very tasty. For our daughter's birthday celebration we wanted good food and excellent service, we got just that what an amazing experience! First our waiter Barret D was beyond outstanding!! I am a Vanderpump Rules fan, the real reason we picked it, and loved his knowledge of not only the restaurant but the show! We started with the Signature Wolf Bread that was fantastic, next we had the Famous Goat Cheese Balls and one of their mocktails, Berry S***. For our meals we tried the Beurre Blanc Salmon, Colossal Shrimp Tacos and the Brisket & Tri-Tip Bolognese. I must say out of all three dishes the Brisket & Tri-Tip Bolognese was outstanding, melt in your mouth delicious! Now, let's get to the couple of items that might be a deal breaker for some, they charge an additional 3.5% Venue Admin Fee on your final bill, I did not ask what it was for but for sure not a fan. Secondly, most tables are outstanding and comfortable, however, as I pointed out in my photos a few tables have stools as chairs and sitting in them for an entire dinner service would be an issue for me and my husband so if your the same, and making reservations, you may want to mention you do not want these tables. 3.5* but being generous and bumping up to 4* because we really liked our waitress and the cocktails. Also, I am hoping some of the kinks are worked out with more time. Hopefully the GM sees this and takes some of my feedback and improves things. Pros 1. Goat cheese balls! Get them. Who doesn't like fried cheese with yummy sauce? 2. The vibe of the restaurant was great. Fun and upbeat atmosphere 3. Drinks were creative and the presentation was very fun and unique 4. Waitress knew we were not thrilled to sit at a low table in the bar area, but she helped us make the best of it and said we're going to have fun. And we did! 5. Food was pretty good, nothing creative or exciting, though. Cons 1. Seating was really, really cramped. We were seated in the bar area at a low cocktail table even though I made a reservation a while back for the dining room. I asked about it and was told that the bar tables are considered the dining room. I don't like that at all. They offered a tiny and extremely cramped table in the dining room if we wanted to switch, but it was actually worse than sitting in the bar area so we stayed in the bar area. 2. Very loud making it hard to hear the conversation. I love good music and don't mind loud, but this combined with all the other guests wasn't conducive to being able to hear what my date was saying. 3. We waited at least 45 minutes past our reservation time. Luckily, we weren't in a rush but it started the night out on a frustrating note. read more

Wolf is one of the most stylish restaurants and lounges in Scottsdale with the best sunset views from the Caesars Republic Hotel's 7th floor. Of course you expect creative cocktails; however, the food was also amazing. The prices were upscale; however, reasonable considering the renovated decor, great service and location. read more

I was invited to Wolf for a birthday meet up for drinks and appetizers. It was a Thursday night during Waste Management Week, so it was definitely crowded and busy. There was no available parking when I arrived at 8:30pm so I had to use the fashion square parking lot and walk over. We were a party of 9, and were seated on the patio which was the pool area furniture that wasn't comparable to the seating and decorations in the establishment, which was disappointing. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and suggested some great choices for food and drinks. The overall experience was good but not enough to bring me back on my own. read more

Looks like they remodeled since I last visited. Inside seating available or pick up and take to go! I like how clean it was inside and updated. Staff was friendly and helped us right away. Sandwiches are always great, my favorite Italian bmt. Also more affordable. read more

I was so excited I could scream to finally try Wolf by Vanderpump! From the second you step off the elevator into that stunning B&W photo-op with Lisa, you know you're in for a treat. OMGGGGG! Lisa really did the damn thing with the decor. Between the "glass snow" chandeliers and the faux fur chairs, I felt like royalty. The attention to detail--down to the Wolf-engraved pillows--is top-notch. Hits: The drinks are incredibly well-balanced (A+ on the mocktails too!). The lobster ceviche tacos were so fresh and crunchy we ordered three more. And the CHURROS... absolute deep-fried perfection. Misses: The goat cheese balls are tasty but tart, so ask for extra marmalade! Unfortunately, the "Wolf Bread" was only lukewarm, and the lobster balls were a huge letdown--cold and fishy. The service was stellar--shout out to Parker (manager) and Laura (server) for being so gracious! Wolf has only been open a couple of months, so I'm giving them some "new kid on the block" grace. Scottsdale is a foodie mecca, so I hope the kitchen tightens up those temps soon. I'll be back to give it another shot! read more
