We have several exercise classes, games of all kinds, bingo, and outings. We also have. Activities around the pool. Last summer we had kayak races right in the pool. The food is constantly changing and improving. Our Director of dining even solicits some residents recipes to try. My apartment is very comfortable and kept clean by our housekeeping staff, and if anything is broken the maintenance is right on the spot. I am very happy here at the Enclave at Gilbert.

The other 2 reviews are probably posted by other caregivers. It is NOT 5 star. Ask if the caregiver are legal, Ask if they are certified in training. Ask who trains them... by anyone licensed. Are they in the US on work visas? These are people you would be leaving your loved one with. Can they perform CPR, change or empty a foley bag? Be leery, they will tell you everything you want to hear, THEY DO NOT CARE! Outside of giving out the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner... most of the time, you'll see the caregivers on their phone sitting at kitchen counter or on the couch! Constantly!! I've been there when a resident called the police because of a screaming vulgar e change, main caregiver and another. I've seen over 1/2 dozen caregivers come and go. One caregiver refused to help a resident on respite , she got up to clean herself and fell hitting her head on the ground, EMS wanted to know how this happened when she just got there the day before. I'm so thankful we found Eden Estates for my Mom a year and a half ago. On our first visit my heart was overjoyed and at peace. When you can walk into a place that feels like home (always clean, very comfortable furniture, cozy bedrooms, beautiful decor) and smells like home (three delicious home cooked meals) you know it's a special place unlike any other elderly care facility you have ever been to before. The well trained, 24 hour staff, is top notch and truly loves and cares for the residents. They treat them like family, because at Eden that is what we truly are...a family! They accommodate your loved ones likes and interests, favorite movies, music, favorite foods, and even celebrate their Birthdays complete with decorations! Before COVID we celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas together a few days before. We were able to bring our loved ones favorite traditional foods that remind them of home. This place is truly a home away from home. The medical care is exceptional. They work together with my Moms doctors and hospice nurse, always keeping me informed of the plan if anything changes. I know without a doubt that my mom is receiving the best care possible at Eden. Since COVID, Josh (the owner) took swift action to inform us that we are no longer allowed to visit in person. I know this wasn't what any of us wanted, but I am very grateful that his number one concern is the safety of the residents at Eden Estates and gladly abide. Because of this, all of our Eden family has remained safe and protected. He quickly set up an iPad so that residents can video chat with their families. I feel that he truly cares and has the residents best interest at heart. I have no words to adequately describe how grateful I am for Eden Estates and all of the staff working there each and every day. It has been such a blessing in my life. I sat down and explained my mom's condition which is Vascular Demencia and I was reassured that they would be able to provide her the proper care needed in their memory care villa. My mom was able to move in, in December of 2025. There were some issues with my mom's behavior and trying to figure out the right medication for her. Unfortunately with her always suffering with anxiety, depression and her dementia declining it made the other symptoms a bit worse. My mom lived there for 9 months the am caregivers were kind, loving and cared for my mom, as well as the night caregiver. Unfortunately the kind male caregiver for the night left about a month ago. They hired a new lady, as soon as this lady started we encounter issues and accusations about things my mom was doing. They finally evicted my mom, the last two weeks of September. The past two weeks have been hard not only on me, but also my mom. I tried to reason with management, but I had no luck. I requested proof of the allegations but did not receive them, I was told all the incidents happened in the room where there were no cameras. In the end my mom left that facility with a broken tooth, not able to walk because of the falls that she started to have, and the last day when I went to finish packing her up before she was transported else where she had a huge bump on her head. I received no report or explanation for it as well when she broke her tooth no explanation of how it happened, no incident report about it. I was told to consult a dentist because they have no dental experience . And most likely the missing tooth is due to gum disease. I did consult a dentist and sent the picture and it was confirm that was a broken tooth not a gum disease issue. I'm including pictures of the injuries which I feel were caused by the night caregiver. I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated as well as the way they went out of their way to make my mom look like the issue. In the end God knows what he does and I'm sure moving her was the best thing, because with all these falls and injuries I'm sure they were being done to her. Do not let the beautiful pictures fool you. Do your research before choosing this place.
