When we arrived we found my mother on the floor, where they had preformed CPR. We cannot get an explanation of the staff's actions, because Enclave will not respond to our inquiries. Beware if you have a loved one in this facility. Document everything and be an advocate for yourself and loved ones. The staff and management turnover is constant. It's not the type of management you would want in a senior care facility. This is totally unacceptable and irresponsible behavior.

I brought my stage 4 lung cancer to her facility and was paying out of pocket which was 3k a month. I finally got approval and had to transfer him to a approved facility after 7 days after I paid her her 3k. I asked her for a refund and prorate the time he was there. She refused and said my brother signed a contact and she needed a 30 day notice. So she is keeping the money. The problem here is she never disclosed that and just had my brother sign all her papers,,,, well he had just gotten out of the hospital and was on 4 doses of morphine a day and 2 doses of diazepine a day. She never explained anything and he shouldn't be signing anything at that point. She is dishonest and needs money since the facility has not been approved, just looking to fill beds while she is waiting for approval. This is not over,,,, I will pursuing her for my money and others should be aware. She has several different places,,,, not all are approved and she does not do good business. However I am not done here....

Clearwater Agritopia truly made this past Mother's Day magical for our family. After our amazing…read moremom suffered a hemorrhagic stroke on April 14th, she spent time in the hospital and then a rehabilitation facility. Following her release, both of our parents moved into Clearwater Agritopia Assisted Living. Our large family has always come together to celebrate Mother's Day at our parents' home, so this year we were unsure how we'd honor that tradition. Clearwater Agritopia stepped in with incredible kindness and extra effort. Despite already hosting a large and elegant Mother's Day brunch for their residents, they graciously agreed to accommodate our entire family. Brian, the Culinary Director, extended the brunch hours and ensured there was enough delicious food for our group of 25. The food was phenomenal--from the prime rib to the "Marry Me Chicken," garlic lemon parmesan broccoli, candied carrots, mascarpone mashed potatoes, and a wide array of desserts. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. As someone with celiac disease, I was especially grateful that Brian took extra steps to make sure I could safely enjoy almost everything on the buffet. That kind of care and consideration meant the world to me. For our event, we were given a large, beautifully arranged private dining room, allowing our entire family to sit together and honor our mother's strength and her ongoing recovery. It was a truly special moment for all of us, made possible by the extraordinary team at Clearwater. I feel also need to add here that the Clearwater experience goes beyond just one day. In the weeks since my parents moved in, I've spoken with many residents, and every single one has shared how much they love living at Clearwater. Now, I understand why. Every staff member we've encountered--whether from dining, culinary, maintenance, housekeeping, healthcare, or administration--has been exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. The amenities are outstanding: restaurant-style dining, a movie theater, art studio, gym, cozy gathering spaces, and regular social activities. Most importantly, my parents are supported and safe, with consistent management of their medications and help available at the touch of a button. Before COVID we celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas together a few days before. We were able to bring our loved ones favorite traditional foods that remind them of home.
