It took a lot of research and thinking before I decided to go through with it. I met a girl whose curly hair similar to mine and gone blonde and she recommended Meagan. I reached out to her and sent her pictures of the look I was going for beforehand and she explained the process she would follow. I decided to make the the appointment and am glad that I did. She was punctual for the appointment. The products that she used were gentle on my hair although the color was being lifted. She straightened my hair which also makes me nervous sometimes because some stylists go to heavy on the heat and damage my curl pattern. It's been over a month now and I can say that my curls bounced back nicely, I'm in love with the color, have gotten lots or compliments, and have not noticed any damage to my hair. So I sat down and waited patiently until their conversation was done. Both of them were done talking and the lady walks away and goes to another customer and starts working on their hair. She didn't even acknowledge me after the fact. After waiting for 10 minutes and no one came back up to the front, I decided I wasn't going to waste my time or money at this place. I left this place at 1:10pm. Honestly, I thought this place would be top-notch considering the reviews; however, this wasn't a great experience for me and will not be calling this place again for any service.

I was honestly worried the red might bleed into the blonde, but it didn't at all--the colors stayed so vibrant and clean! She also gave me a fantastic trim and styled it so well that before I even left the salon, other clients in the waiting area were complimenting my hair. She is easy to talk to, always supportive of whatever hair-related requests I make, and offers honest advice when appropriate. She has never made me feel guilty about my total neglect of my hair (which has happened at other salons). As an added bonus, she always offers to curl my hair at the end, making me feel even more glam. The salon itself is clean and staff is courteous. There's a cute selection of jewelry and accessories for sale that you can browse while you wait. Making an appointment is easy --- you can request times you want online, and they'll confirm with you via email or phone. This time, despite a relatively restrictive schedule, they were able to find me an evening appointment with my preferred stylist within 1 week of my request. Prices have always been reasonable as well. Definitely planning to return on a regular basis and would highly recommend Salon 926 and Tiana to all!

Went to purchase an individual product from the kit. It cost $111.00. Went to buy same individual product the price was jacked up to $130.00. I WAS DONE. Price gauging at my expense. So I stopped going . No follow up or wellness check/call. Andrea out of the blue sends me a promotional text about her services. I didn't respond. Then she sends me another text addressing me properly by name asking me how I am which was the text she should of sent me first.
