The next time I came in to the store to get my hair cut by Jackie she acted like she had seen a ghost, and manager Kim told me they would no longer be offering me services. I was beyond embarrassed and confused why I would be punished for leaving honest feedback. I contacted their corporate office to make a further note of how I was treated and was told I would be contacted by ownership/ franchise group. This was in November 2024. Haven't heard anything back.
