Since having them in our park for 6 months, the quality of the water has not improved, we continue to have shut offs for maint. And what use to be free is now averaging $40+ a month with a $14 fee even if you use no water. Their website is set up to charge you more fees for payments. What should be a convenience to them cost the customer extra money in some cases as much as 25% to use a credit card. Also, they have no set up for auto pay. It is very easy see that their focus is not on customer service as the install of the of meters, damaged 10% of all the trailers in the park, by ripping skirting off and then re-installing with screws that are not meant for outside and not the same color. If you are a an owner, consider other options then using these folks as your tenants will be getting annoyed and no value added.
