The changeroom was very clean, warm, and the sauna is a nice touch. I loved the smell of the products that were used on my face, and that's rare cuz I hate most scented stuff. I came out of there feeling refreshed and looking at least 5 years younger! My stylist is Annah who is an absolute doll and one of the best stylist I've ever had, hands down! She's incredibly talented and one of the senior stylist in the salon (so well deserved)! During every appointment, she'll sit down with you and do a little diagnostic of your hair -- asking if you'd like to change the look, keep the same style, add a little pizzaz, etc. I'm the kind of person that can't put to words the look I'm aiming for by Annah knows EXACTLY what I want, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I told her the other day I wanted to look sexy, Victoria Secretish, long layers by with a little bit of spice and she did just that! She's so knowledgeable in letting you know what hair style will work best with the shape of your face and lifestyle. Annah is warm, friendly, and really cares about making you feel comfortable. Her passion for hair shows through like a bright sparkly star in the sky which is a privilege to experience. She's always actively learning different techniques as a stylist and color expert which is one of the many reasons why I trust her in anything she recommends. She's also an AMAZING teacher and will answer any of your hair questions during your appointment like how to curl your hair using a flat iron. Once I asked her "how can I style my hair without using heat?" and BOOM she taught me a trick on how to curl my hair without curlers that rocked my world! WOOT!!! She's awesome! They looked awful and the shape was completely changed. Recently I decided I would go to them again for brows as I love the manicures they give and this time I went to the crowfoot location and AGAIN they messed them up so bad. Hi there, I've been to the salon 3 times this year, and will…read morenot be returning. The cuts are good, but the staff wound up being very petty. The first two visits were with Cassie, who is their junior stylist. Sweet girl, good stylist, room to grow :) I had my third appointment scheduled with Cassie for Sat April 21st at 10 am. Due to a scheduling conflict (I was climbing the bow building downtown for charity), I had to reschedule to 1 pm. As she wasn't available, I said I would be happy to take an appointment with whomever was available. Cassie promptly called to say she had a 3:15 available, which just didn't work with the rest of my days schedule. Thought that was perfectly acceptable. When I came in at 1, I brightly smiled at Cassie and said hello. The response was abrupt, and she wouldn't look at me. The stylist that did my hair Chrissy, snapped at me while I was trying to explain what I wanted done. She continued to speak highly of Cassie while being a tad unpleasant throughout the appointment. Wow. All over a rescheduled appointment. I was going to go back to Cassie for further appointments as I thought well of her personally and professionally, but feel that your salon doesn't deserve my $60 every 4-6 weeks. Best of luck.

The workers there are super friendly, and have a genuine relationship with each of their customers. I was for a few hours so I saw quite a few people filter in and out and all of them were regulars. the atmosphere was so welcoming, and in the end my hair was exactly how I wanted, and felt even healthier than before. My hairdresser Cassie, was so nice to me and told me everything she was doing to fix my hair to make sure I was comfortable with it. She was so nice and it was definitely a breath of fresh air to go to such a nice salon where they care about you hair and it's needs.
