However, for the price of this treatment - I would expect that foot scrubbing was included. Scrubbing the calluses and/or buffing it are basic steps to a pedicure and is just as important because no matter what cream/oil they apply or soak treatment they use, it doesn't remove the dead/dry skin on your heels or whenever the calluses is. Upon seating, they offer you tea, coffee or fresh smoothie. You get to choose 1 of the 2 they had. The view was beautiful. The chair was relaxing but the environment didn't offer a full relaxation mode because a few feet away was the salon area. Someone was getting her hair dyed, so she had a wash and hair blow dry. I got the ULTRA LUXURY PEDICURE for $150 and an add on feature for an extra $35 for the gel removal/application. Unfortunately, after $185 before tips, my feet do not feel smooth after I got it done.

Dante, the massage therapist at the Serrano Spa is AMAZING!!…read more We were generously gifted two massages by a family member. Our entire experience at the Serrano Spa was wonderful but the best part about it for me was Dante's massage. It was incredible! Totally worth it. Best ever, hands down. Yes!!!! We spent the day and enjoyed all of the other spa amenities and the very attentive, accommodating and courteous staff. The green smoothie was yum, but the massages were hands down-THE BEST. We both got 90 minute signature massages. Looking forward to going back again. My guy also had a massage (same time) at the Serrano Spa ,with the therapist, Jessica and he said it was the best he had ever had. Let me tell ya, we love massage and go to other places locally-often. Both of our massages were top notch. OMG!! Make sure to book in advance, as they book up quickly. KimberLee & Chris

While the environment and background sound made the visit very relaxing, deep tissue was not in the room with us. I am used to really getting knotts dissolved i guess you can say and my body going full y into rest mode. Yes, its painful but also necessary. I will say I got a stomach massage also and that was probably the best part. I wish that would have been longer. I could feel rhe bumps and weird spots that help tension and lack of digestion in my organs. It reminded me of those Mexican grandma massages you'd get when you were a toddler. While I appreciated the experience I would not return for the deep tissue massage. I would however be curious of the rest of the treatments they offer at this location. The gentleman who treated me was professional and attentive ensuring I felt comfortable at all times and continuously checking on me. He also advised me to continue stretching and hydrating after the massage. Massage gets one star but the therapist and location, including ambiance really make up for it in their own way. Like I said, they have a variety of other offers worth exploring.

I've had everything from bleached and colored hair to vivid colors with her, and her work is always incredible. She really knows color, especially vivid color, and you can tell she takes the health of the hair seriously too. She's also one of the few stylists I trust with my haircuts. Her men's cuts and scissor-over-comb work are excellent, and she is extremely particular about the details. I know she only takes certain men's haircut clients by referral, so I genuinely appreciate being part of her clientele. Beyond the talent, Tina is just a kind, understanding person who makes you feel comfortable in her chair. She listens, she takes her time, and she cares about the people she works with. Trendsetter has been a great salon to come to over the years, and I would absolutely recommend Tina, especially if you're looking for someone who really understands creative color.

My masseuse was Lili and she did a great job. She could tell how tense my body was and applied the right amount of pressure, but still asked if I was comfortable. I left feeling so much better, my 3 week headache went away and my left shoulder that's been bothering me for a month felt 90% better. I'll definitely be returning at least once a month because Lili gives you bang for buck and I feel my body is circulating blood properly now. I felt like it was meant to be because it just all worked out so well and booking online was so easy. I booked a 90 minute appointment with Bitali for the Moisturizing Head Spa service. The location was easy for me to find because I know the area well, but if you're unfamiliar I put up photos of the door and its relation to a business that's easy to spot from the street. It's the door just to the left of Jersey's Pizza. The stairs lead you up to the hallway where you'll wait. She opens the door right at the time of your service. I liked the energy in the waiting area. The hallway is filled with business doors where women are getting their hair or nails done. There are also some aestheticians who have doors in the hallway. I liked the chatter from all the ladies taking care of themselves. It is a very joyful and beautiful space. Once I was in the room, I was greeted and instructed to remove my top clothing and sit in the chair with my towel robe. Bitali did a visual assessment with a scalp camera and explained what we were looking at throughout. After that I laid out and she went to work. It was so relaxing! I savored every minute of peace I had laying there. After the final rinse out, I got back in the chair to do a reassessment of my scalp. I got dressed and left with my hair wet. Once it dried out, my hair was the softest it's ever been. The whole experience was well worth it. I feel great and will be back regularly!
