Do not go there. They ruin teeth so they can fix later. They ruin mine and later fix but what they fix they left it ugly with holes they then patched up instead of filling. I cannot chew on my right side thanks to them and because of my awful teeth my jaw has been crooked folding inward reducing space for my tung. I been crying out of anger. I really hate this place. Do not let them polish your teeth they will make holes. The lady's in the counter are kind they were on my side when I argued the day they ruined my teeth and jaw. read more

Let me start off by saying I had BAD experiences at my previous dentist, so bad that it spurred me on to search for another dentist. In my search my best friend helped me find this place, I read the reviews and was very impressed with the amount of good reviews so I decided to give "The LB Dentist, Dr. Espinosa" a chance. My first appointment a year ago I was nervous coming in, not sure what to expect but WOW. I was greeted with 3 smiling faces (Olivia, vanessa, angie)! They all made me feel at home immediately! All three of them are kindhearted, attentive, and charming. When I was called in Ms. Mimi greeted me, she is an absolute pleasure to talk to. I find myself very nervous at both dentist and docters offices but her humor and personability eased my nerves instantly. Both her and Dr. Lee worked together for a pleasant and efficient experience. Dr. Lee was gentle with the cleaning and she is very professional, all the questions I had about my older crown was answered. I'm a patient and always have the staff have been kind and attentive. I had a molar removed and went to get a new one. I am really upset and disappointed being I did not get full attention and the overall work was not what I wanted. the new molar is not fitting right and it screeches when I talk and when I try to chew I can't fully close my jaw. I have to swallow the food barely chewed. I do not recommend having molars crowned. IF IT DOESNT FIT WELL WHY CEMENT IT!! I hate it and am not happy, not satisfied and will switch to Leonardo. read more

They made my tooth issue worse. Came in to get a tooth fixed and they drilled it so much that it is now sensitive and I can't even eat anything crunchy without being in pain. Had to come in twice to get the same tooth fixed. By the second time, I just gave up. I guess I'll just live with the toothache. Same thing happened to my mom. She came in to get her crown fixed and since then she's been complaining about sensitivity. These scenarios are not just "I'm in pain RIGHT after the dentist office and it'll go away in a few days" it's MONTHS afterwards. I still currently can't eat anything cold or crunchy, which I was able to do prior to the visit. I did give an extra star because the staff was nice and very welcoming. Too bad they tend to make matters worse. read more

I took my mom here because, she wanted to go since our old neighbor got her teeth fixed here. My mom took our neighbors word and trusted this place. She got an extraction that medical covered and for a bridge she paid about $3k. They did a deep cleaning on Her which took about 15 mins, when my own cleanings at another office take an hour. An hour is much better Than a 15 min bad cleaning. My mom tried scheduling her 3-4 month perio maintenance after that and they said no that usually doctor tells them when they need another cleaning. Which made no sense. After a deep cleaning you're suppose to come back 3-4 months after for a perio maintenance to obviously maintain your gums healthy. She got a bridge prep for a bridge and dr. Kept saying her gums needed to heal from the extractions. It's been over a year now and my mom has her permanent bridge cemented 'temporarily' still and hates how it looks. They forgot to schedule her back to keep checking her gums but, they blamed her that she didn't come to her appointments when they never scheduled her back nor did they follow up with her at all. My mom had to call and I had to call myself for my mom and then they saw her. Her appointment was a couple days ago. She went in and they wanted to charge her and discount her for that day's visit when they should have been done with her bridge. How is that fair. On top of that, the lady that takes payments and all walked out on my mom for no reason when all my mom was trying to do was explain to her why she shouldn't be paying a penny anymore since she paid all the money in her second visit of starting her treatment. Dr. Closed the door to not hear my mom. How unprofessional. They don't realize that their patients pay their salary and they're there because, of their patients. I then called to ask for the doctors license and they didn't want to give me anything. So the wife (the manager) called me and wanted a valid reason why I wanted his license. There's no need to deny license information if someone is asking for his information. Obviously; they're afraid. I'm in the dental field myself and know my rights and wrongs in an office. I will be taking further actions. I don't recommend their office at all. They're very unprofessional & still need to learn how to run a business. read more
