Location: Super convenient location off of the G line at the Nostrand stop. The place gets packed during lunch and after work hours but that's the best to go to guarantee the food is fresh. Food: They switch up some of the offerings every day so whenever you go you'll see something a little different! Everything I've tried so far has been delicious from the arroz, maduros, pescado, chuleta etc. Service: The people can be very short with you when your ordering, but this isn't the type of place you'd expect pleasant bedside manners- they're keeping it moving. Overall: AMAZING authentic food to go

already ate half of it! rice and beans with pork and plantains

Good simple food, not that expensive either. They fill the container to the top so you're really getting your moneys worth.

The burned crap Espinal Deli just delivered... Sweet plaintains by the way

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY nightmare - Im gonna start off saying very good food but when it comes to delivery these ppl have failed miserably quite a few times i use to be a regular until i started placing orders AND NO ONE SHOWS UP id call an hr later asking where is my order a different person would pick up and has no clue about my delivery try to make a new order then said forget it ..that may not show up either... this has happnd a number of times bcuz i tried to give them a chance til i just found another spanish spot. Just pick up and save yourself the stress food is very good.

Don't be fooled by the small packaging! I struggled trying to finish it! It was soo delicious!

Cool people there :) food was E-MAZING! I went to get breakfast and the other food that they had looks really good too. Price was just as good! Feel like I got a lot for a little :)

Espinal is a great local Bed Stuy eatery. The food is served deli style and almost always fresh. $7 for a giant plate of rice and a meat topping of choice, which changes daily. But my favorite is the beef stew. Knocking one star because some of the meat toppings are a bit weird for my taste, it can sometimes be a gamble so I stick to what I know. It's also just a typical NYC mini mart with beer, drinks and snacks. If you live in the area you owe yourself to try it, and show up early sometimes the good stuff runs out.

Best Hispanic food around!! Let me just say sometimes Hispanic food is overrated or even not even worth reviewing... But let me just say this place has good food!! Great price! I had white rice, black beans (I don't like black beans but that's all they had and I don't regret it) and roasted pork (pernil) it is really good!!! The porn is tender and soft!! Yum

Food is bad. No real cook. She quit... They raised the prices and made the plates smaller... Loosing customers fast.

I waited for about 45 minutes, while waiting I picked up my chips and a white peach ginger ale. I also talked to the girl in front and she explained that you can get your sandwhich on a hero or roll. I ordered a chopped honey turkey with onions, pickles, lettuce and mayo. The guy who made my sandwich was soo friendly and patient. I just put my trust in him to hook it up lol. He also asked if I wanted to add the chips and I did. Overall my sandwhich was better the next day after it firmed up. The flavor was good but the texture was soft, mushy and just not what I want in a turkey sandwhich. It ran me about 12.00 and it was worth the experience.

If that's not the most Brooklyn thing ever, I don't know what is. Same sandwiches, different blessing. Everybody says order the pastrami, so I listened like a grown man should. Pastrami on rye with spicy mustard absolutely slapped. Smoky, juicy, perfectly stacked, and messy enough to ruin your shirt with honor. Then came the beef brisket on rye with a cup of au jus for dipping... and brother, that dip should be studied by scientists. Pure perfection. Washed everything down with a Dr. Brown's root beer like it was 1957. No fake trendy nonsense. No deconstructed sandwiches. Just old-school deli greatness that punches you directly in the soul. Great food doesn't care where you come from -- it just brings everybody to the same table. That's New York. That's Brooklyn.

I went with two friends so were able to try three different sandwiches and to be honest, they were all just alright. The food: Roast Pork Special- Fried Eggplant, Provolone, Broccoli Rob- The texture of the pork came off a bit dry, the eggplant was good but kinda gets lost in the sandwich so if I literally had it on it's own I would have appreciated it more but who eats fried eggplant by itself? The rob was nice it added a nice crunch but didn't offer that much flavor. Giuseppe Special- Eggplant parm, meatballs, melted mozzarella. I couldn't get over how soggy the bread was. It was like wet paper towel to me. Soggy bread and everything kinda tasting the same made it underwhelming. Nicky Special- It just tasted like salad in between bread. There was so much veg, that was the main thing I remember in that sandwich.
