Since I was a new owner they came out and "check things out" told me a few things was broken but it wouldn't effect me and it'll be okay because they know what they are doing. I then started to deal with a boiler issue. Replaced my boiler twice from two different installers spent over 10k. My last plumber seen the issue with the tanks and told me exactly what to say to Suburban to get the issue fixed. Since I rent the tanks and it's a manufacturing issue they should cover it. So far they have given me the run around for weeks they will say they will send someone out and then cancel or the driver will call with an excuses as to why he cannot come out. I explain this to the company and not the local office and got an emergency service guy to come out as it's starting to drop to freezing temperatures and now my house will freeze over that I would have to pay $195 for because they refuse to go during business hours. That gets canceled by a "Manager" by the name of Chris who thinks he could diagnose an issue over the phone. Chris was by far the most ignorant condescending person I've ever listened to (my husband was talking to him over the phone) he jumped from blaming my plumber, to blaming my thermostats, and then to say someone had the same issue and it was whatever he believed. I've worked in Tech, customer service and retail for over 10 years and I know when I hear bullshit. Not to mention the multiple time's I've had to call out and get emergency refills because they haven't check my tanks in weeks, they will also charge you the $195 for something they should have been doing because I was on auto replenishment. This company as a whole has cause me to spend so much money and it's pulling teeth to get them to do their own job. If you are looking for propane RUN AWAY from this company.

They indicate 24/7/365 service but when my furnace died and we woke up yesterday (of course had to be on a Sunday) getting through to them was a nightmare. Three people trying to call them to get servivlice and was on hold for at least 2 hours (no exaggeration as the time was logged on my phone). When I did get through they sent someone 5 hours later that doesn't work in propane furnaces and they finally had to contact a third party to come fix my furnace today (Monday). I'm Not the person that gets irate and expects immediate service but I do expect service, that's why I bought the service contract. I I DO expect people to be polite and not be treated like I'm putting them out.

After CLEARLY stating it was the opinion of other customers that made them do away with the card option. There are many other propane carriers with cheaper prices than you get with the co-op that I will happily be changing to, as the owner then state enjoy paying Ferrell propanes high prices, he apparently only backs his partnership when you're part of the co-op, which I reported to Ferrell and advised it was due to them, that I was cancelling. The owner let me know others would find my bad review comical. If you want to pay a yearly membership fee, get spammed with emails that you haven't paid when you did, deal with a rude business owner, pay mediocre pricing, and risk having your membership taken away for having an opinion, join the co-op, seems he even takes membership away if people comment on Facebook and hurt his feelings. Owners sensitive, short fuse, and all around terrible at doing business with.
