Alberto's brother Daniel did the majority of the work and was meticulous. Daniel came early every morning, was incredibly polite, tried not to disturb us, and cleaned up each day. They checked in with us as they progressed to make sure everything was how we wanted it, and were flexible to accomodate our requests along the way. The bathroom looks beautiful. The quality of their work is exceptional. It's also worth mentioning that Alberto was honest with us from the beginning. They prepped and painted two rooms, including the baseboards, trim and ceiling. They replaced and painted a set of closet doors and replaced the rickety attic stairs. They also fix the bedroom door where it is now fully functional. The work took two days, but they transformed the two bedrooms. The crew was polite and professional. He does not pick up the phone and promises to show up in an hour and does not and has not way to get a hold off. To make it worse, I paid him to buy the needed stuff for the renovation. He used that money elsewhere and did not buy our stuff, lied to us for 3 months about it. When I found out and bought the stuff with more of my money. He apologized for the lies and mistakes, promised to show up and finish the work within 7 days. He still has not showed up more than once and made lots of false promises again. I am now forced to spend more money and have 3 month delays and find a new person who would be willing to complete his terrible work. He is not worthy of being called a copntractor.
