The project included painting the entire outside of my house, replacing rotting wood, installing or repairing four windows, and some electrical work. I was looking for a contractor with the staff to handle all of these functions. Not easy to find. The results were outstanding, and frankly, better than I expected. Here are the highlights: Excellent staff, neat, clean, reliable, and hard-working. Management: Outstanding, professional oversight by management. All work was written in a contract. As needed, the contract was amended as we went along. Communication. This was extremely important to me. My communications with the owner and his on-site worker/supervisor and the administrator, were unique in that we all were always on the same page. To sum up. Bryan will be my 'go-to' contractor as I have future project needs, big or small.

They prepped and painted two rooms, including the baseboards, trim and ceiling. They replaced and painted a set of closet doors and replaced the rickety attic stairs. They also fix the bedroom door where it is now fully functional. The work took two days, but they transformed the two bedrooms. The crew was polite and professional. They worked quickly, quietly and with skill. I could not have asked for better. Mr. Grubb was very responsive to emails and quick to address all our concerns. Thank you for the good work.

Thankfully, his estimate was comparable with the other estimates I received, but it's worth saying that Andy put in FAR more time than anyone else did during this process. I hired Andy to finish my basement. He kept to the time he initially estimated the job to be even though I continually threw new jobs at him along the way. The basement turned out beautifully!!! I have future jobs I plan on doing and will not waste my time getting estimates from others. I will only use AMC Enterprizes. I am beyond impressed by the quality of work and the pleasant personalities of the people doing that work. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy the Handyman.

Larry showed us 5 to 6 plans and talked about the cost of each to determine what would be most cost effective for us since we informed them we plan on selling in a few years. Larry Jr was great to work with during the project. He informed of us of all progress and milestones daily. When we ordered a washer and dryer that would not fit he found other parts of the project to work on until we could get what would fit. From start to finish they took three weeks. Our project was definitely a large task in our eyes as they rerouted all the plumbing within a concrete slab. As you can see the finished project is beautiful and we are no longer embarrassed when someone requests to use our bathroom.
