I hired Joe to rip out and replace my kitchen floor tile six years ago. He did a fantastic job and I love the flooring. I called him this week because one of the tiles was beginning to crack. Six years after installing the flooring, he removed the cracked tile and discovered why the tile cracked (an issue of the original subfloor not having been nailed properly under this area when the original subfloor was built). I understand paying good money for a good job. But this contractor is a complete waste of money. I just had to re-do a bathroom this contractor remodeled. Where do I start? The shower pan he poured improperly leaked, he ruined a $3000 cast iron tub and said I should just return it and they will give me a new one. Placed non matching tile on shower wall and floor. I did buy the tile, however he should have let me know there was a dye change or a color difference in the lot number. The tile planks for the floor had improperly spaced grout lines and the floor was laid unlevel after making the subfloor level. Disgusting waste of money. I wouldn't let him clean my gutters. One note, I did not invite him back to rectify the problem. Nor did he even do a follow up to see how his job was holding up. Avoid this guy. I have a video to post of the water damage and the window trim work that I paid over $500 per window to trim out. Horrible absolutely horrible. Avoid this company. read more

Joe as a great salesman but a horrible contractor. He cuts every corner he can because he needs your money to finish the job he is at because he doesn't know how to manage money. He is always robbing Peter to pay Paul. Joe is always trying to sell you more work before completing what he was originally hired for that way hebcan milk you for more deposits. When ge starts running low on money he will make the job look more complicated then it really is so he can get the next payment. The other thing he will be is ghost your job for a few days to a week so he can start another job to get money from them to help finish you job. Joe is very good at promising you the world but the work is poor to Mediocre at best​. The only good thing about Joe is if he hires a tradesman like a plumber or electrician. Once in a while he will have a few good guys working for him but Joe will make them do crap work and if you call Joe out about the work he will blame it on that person even know it was all him. If you do hire him do not give him a penny untill you a satisfied with how that part of the job looks and never never him.the final payment until everything is 100% done. If you don't it will take him forever to finish it or fix what is messed up it he even comes at all. Just know if does come to fix or finish something after the final payment the work will look worse than before. Do you self a favor and hire one of the 100 contractors in the area. You can't put a price on a stress free remodel. read more
