The technician did the job and gave me three months of guarantee on the labor and equipment. A few days after, I noticed that one of my control remotes was not working properly. I called the company and the owner blamed the battery and the weather. So, I changed the battery but the issue persisted. I called this company today and the owner gave me the same excuses. I just told him that I need a new remote control. He said he would send a technician out but IF the remote control is working I would have to pay for "the visit". I said it was fine because the remote control is not working properly. When the technician arrived he just saw the remote control and told me it had water in it and that I was not careful with it. I said: WHAT? HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY KNOW THAT? He opened the remote control and immediately went to his vehicle. After 5 minutes came back just to tell me that the remote control is fine. He pressed it several times but did not work. Later, it started to work and I told him that I want a new remote control because it is not working well. He said he fixed it. However, when I asked him if the remote control keeps giving me issues I will call the company again, he said: he would never be back after today. Then, he said he could give me a new one but I had to pay $150 to get it replaced. I said no, I have a guarantee of 3 months and it is covered by the guarantee. He said the guarantee only covered the motor, which was a lie because the receipt says otherwise. Then I told him I paid for those remote controls also. He tried to convince me I did not pay for them arguing that the motor and keypad already come with 2 remote controls: I told him, I am just realizing you STOLE my money because you charged me separately for those remote control. I called the owner. And after 5 minutes of waiting for him, I explained to him the situation and that I wanted a new remote control. He said he will call the technician. He, then, called the technician and started to speak in Arabic (I believe they are from Palestine) so I could not understand what they say at all. Then, the owner told me that the technician already explained to him the remote control is fine and I will have to pay $75 for his visit. He removed materials and supplies from my house and bad mouthed me to his vendors so that I cannot obtained manuals, warranties, etc. He left me with parts that do not work or fit. He left two senior citizens, one being disabled without a habitable, safe home. The work was shoddy, and in my opinion, he cannot be trusted. "This review is based on my personal experience. When I contacted the company to get an estimate for the work, I thought I would be scheduling an appointment considering the company is 10 miles from my home. Closeby in the contractor world considering they serve Horsham and a few other local towns in the area. I spoke with Christy on November 2nd and discussed the work that I needed. A built-in wall cabinet needed to have some shelves replaced as well as the fascia and molding pieces. In addition the surrounding drywall and insulation needed to be replaced. Christy asked if I could send pictures of the area in question so they can get me a quote. I was immediately skeptical! During Covid I would expect this answer, but in 2023, it didn't make sense! Ok, I take pics and text them over to Christy before 12:30 PM on November 2nd. When we spoke, she also told me they could get me a quote in two days. Today is November 8th and since I had not received a quote, I sent a text to Christy asking....where is my quote. Then I called the office where I was rolled to voicemail. I left a message and moved on to other business. Kevin called me back and left a message saying, "That they couldn't help me and he was sorry that he did not call me sooner. It was his fault! Call back with questions!" I returned his call and he gave me the explanation that "They don't do any rehab carpentry or custom carpentry work. If you have something to assemble from Home Depot or Ikea, we could do that. What you need is a custom carpenter, that is not what we do." IT SAYS YOU DO CUSTOM CARPENTRY WORK ON YOUR WEBSITE!! It lists the following: You name it, we build it! Custom Trim Crown Molding Custom Woodwork Shiplap Railings & Staircases Wainscoting Wall Panelling Custom Lighting AM I CRAZY?! I NEED SOME OF THAT WORK LISTED ABOVE. I AM SURE PICTURES ALONE TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW KEVIN!? Clearly that is all Bravo Sierra! My first clue should have been the quote from pictures and not actually being hands on to survey the work. I have other projects in the future including the following...a kitchen remodel, two bathrooms, deck replacement and recessed lighting in three rooms.
