We made it known that we had budgetary limitations and a specific timeframe required for completion of the project- and The Kitchen Wizards were truly there for us when it felt like nobody else was. Our house was built in 1850. Other contractors hemmed and hawed about working on a home of that age and were full of excuses. Milosz and Lukasz, they made it happen! It turns out, The Kitchen Wizards can do a lot more than just kitchens! Our project involved work on a bathroom, a finished attic, a new laundry room, new flooring, plumbing & electrical, paint, carpentry, and placing an all-new kitchen inside the old kitchen's footprint. Whether you simply want a good price on kitchen cabinets and a new countertop, or you need work on a larger project - I highly recommend Milosz, Lukasz and the team at Kitchen Wizards. They're a family-run business that does things the right way. Receipts for all materials were provided, work was performed on-time (actually faster), and the quality is top notch. Adam Yeager, owner, arrived 745am on Monday AM exactly as agreed and began work. Very professional and easy to work with. Responsive and easy to communicate with. Clear estimate was provided before work commenced. It was adjusted during the work downward, by Adam. Work proceeded for three days then we had a day off so drywall work could dry. Drying process took a day or two longer than anticipated and the sanding folks came by the following Monday. They did a nice job. Painters were delayed a day and came on Thursday AM. They were supposed to finish in a day but could not and had to return after the holiday weekend. Extended schedule running up against the holiday weekend. We thought this was going to be a shorter project. It is ok. We realize the weather and schedules can change. Painters returned Tuesday AM to finish up. Adam also came by with the carpet men who delivered the carpet for installation the next day. They returned Weds AM and finished up Wednesday afternoon. We do like how diligent Adam is with the subs and that he always stops by to check on the work. I was comfortable leaving the house to do some chores and having a workout during the work. Final bill was as expected. I asked Adam to be available to speak with my Insurer so that they could better understand why the work costed more than the insurance adjusters estimate. He did that and I received another check for the recoverable depreciation on our claim. We highly recommend Adam Yeager and would definitely use him again for any project at our home. Mark & Nancy.
