Gary's work is very reasonable and high quality. He's self proclaimed as "old school" and doesn't use fancy tools for advertising and promotion hence the reason he's never showed up on social media. Overall, excellent service, professional install, patient with questions, and respectful of my house! Great company. Just had my consultation with Rob and we put my new shower stall and toilet install into motion. I fortunately had an estimate from a very reputable local kitchen and bath company (that included more extensive work) that was less than half of their quote. The offer of a deep discount "if you sign and give a deposit today" was a red flag. Please do not be rushed or bullied into making a hasty decision. Nice guy though.

Just to give a little... uneven tiles on floor and in shower, cracking grout, leak in downstairs bathroom, a used vanity that has scratches and drawers that don't open, damage made by workers to our existing bathtub that this company REFUSES to fix. When they say they have a warranty, don't believe them. They will dodge your calls. I should have looked closer before giving final payment but I just wanted them out of my house. Save your money and go elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would.
