When you buy a home you soon discover you want to change things around. You also discover you have…read moreoverestimated your fixing skills your entire adult life. You relent after a go at trying to figure out why in the Youtube video the electrical cord from the ceiling has three wires and yours two, if you need a mounting bracket (your buddy says no but the hardware guy says yes), and you have deep fears of a ceiling fan flying off the ceiling and through a window, right after it decapitates you. Death by ceiling fan. It'd be an interesting obit but you decide, better find a handyman. What a jungle that is! But if you've found this company you are in good hands. Great prices. Good work. Done with no stress It's a dream. This is my go to place. I'm having a deck or back patio put in this summer and they will be doing it. They've done such great work on my home. There's bad reviews here. Well, who knows; home repair is not that much different than surgery: you wend your way to it. Houses can be incredibly complex beasts, and no one likes to wait. Butt after being stiffed out of money by someone who did the job badly (he literally disconnected his mobile), being sold things I don't need, and living way too long without hot water waiting for a plumber to get a part in (who after a week admitted they lied about ordering it, but don't worry give it three weeks), trust me: this is the best out there. If you want a friend in home ownership buy a dog; but short of that this company is close.

I put in a request through yelp. He had the best price and moved his scheduled around to accommodate my current needs (house selling, inspections, etc) He was there early and had finished by the time he was actually supposed to be there. It was a simple outlet issue and instead of charging for the outlet, he showed me that the outlet was good just needed to be rewired. He really could have ran the price up but chose to be genuine and when you have someone like that (much like a good barber or mechanic) you don't go elsewhere and you go out of your way to tell people about them. I will certainly be contacting him on the future. Levan is based out of Newtown and really "could" charge Newtown prices but is an honest and trustworthy guy. Highly recommend. -J
