Unfortunately, the corners of the largest section have turned into water faucets that were always on. I tried my own DIY projects to get it turned off, but was unsuccessful. It was finally time to call in the pros. I found Made in America Roofing also through Yelp. They were local to me and also part of the Yelp Project Guarantee program. I was pleasantly surprised that Joe got back in touch with me within a few minutes of my initial Yelp contact. He was out to my house the same day and we discussed the project and some other roofing issues I had. He had a written estimate in my hands within two days, and the project was completed within the week. My multiple corner piece gutters are dry! He took off my gutter guards from my old gutters and put them on the new ones. We added a second downspout and you can clearly see that the pitch is correct. For my other roofing issues, Joe was able to see some possible areas where rain may have been coming in and causing a shower inside my house. He even showed me pictures he took to explain what he saw could be problematic. He caulked the areas and so far I haven't had water coming from the ceiling lights. I did not get any other quotes. The price I was given I thought was fair and reasonable. I also had a concrete patch hole in my garage fixed by Made in America Roofing. Joe had his mason guy come to do that project for $150. Joe and his helper, Vlad, completed the project in a few hours. I couldn't believe how much sludge was inside the gutters. Just shows how much they weren't pitched and draining properly. Now my gutters are doing the correct job. Communication was excellent, price was fair, and he put in the extra help for my roofing problem that he did not try to get me to do a replacement or work that was not necessary. We have had nothing short of a terrible experience working with Olvin and his company GBR Roofing!…read moreI DO NOT recommend his services. In fact, our roof is in worse condition now, than before GBR Roofing "fixed it". Everything seemed wonderful in the beginning, as we were explaining what needed to be done on our roof. Olvin calmed us with his understanding and "yesses"-- only to then turn around and produce some of the sloppiest work we have ever seen. We needed a new silicone layer on our roof, as well as for a slightly puckered small square to be mended and sealed. We asked for it to be the same color it was currently... a light grey. His team power washed and did the work. When we see it, the roof is now dark grey, almost black! Then, a couple of days later, the roof was completely full of bubbles and dimples. There were also sloppy silicone paint marks all over the side of the wall. And the small patch, was now discolored and peeling off the wall, floor completely unsealed and vulnerable to leaks. When we contacted Olvin, he gave us the run around, takes no accountability and blames the product for his team's sloppy work. He then brings someone in from the silicone product company, they proceed to tell him that he used the wrong technique to lay the product on our roof. Two days later Olvin "fixes" the roof again. Slightly better. But still extremely sloppy and the WRONG color. The GBR Roofing team also "fixed" some cracks in our roof cement wall. Only they did not seal them at all. Instead, they used indoor silicone caulk, so now our wall looks like it has spider web markings all over it. And here's the best part... nothing sticks to silicone! So we keep trying to paint our roof wall to get rid of the spider web markings, and NOTHING STICKS! We can't paint over it, it cracks within a day. Cosmetically it's a disaster. Now, a couple of months later, the roof silicone flooring that was never quite right, and always sloppily dimpled... is now peeling off at the slightest touch. Again, leaving us vulnerable to leaks. We asked Olvin for our money back or at least a partial refund, as they have left our roof in much worse condition than how he found it. He refused. He kept trying to sell us on more services. We told him he was not welcome in our home. Those "yesses" in the beginning that seemed like his understanding, were pure manipulation. He never understood, never knew what he was doing, and never learned that if someone pays you for a service and you do it incorrectly... that you now owe the customer their money back.

The plywood near the down spout needed replacing, the pitch of the roof there also had to be adjusted and our skylight had damage as it was forced on by the last guys we used. So Fahey Roofing installed new plywood, carefully cut the wood near the downspout for drainage, applied new roofing material and repaired the skylight.
