In fact, our roof is in worse condition now, than before GBR Roofing "fixed it". Everything seemed wonderful in the beginning, as we were explaining what needed to be done on our roof. Olvin calmed us with his understanding and "yesses"-- only to then turn around and produce some of the sloppiest work we have ever seen. We needed a new silicone layer on our roof, as well as for a slightly puckered small square to be mended and sealed. We asked for it to be the same color it was currently... a light grey. His team power washed and did the work. When we see it, the roof is now dark grey, almost black! Then, a couple of days later, the roof was completely full of bubbles and dimples. There were also sloppy silicone paint marks all over the side of the wall. And the small patch, was now discolored and peeling off the wall, floor completely unsealed and vulnerable to leaks. When we contacted Olvin, he gave us the run around, takes no accountability and blames the product for his team's sloppy work. He then brings someone in from the silicone product company, they proceed to tell him that he used the wrong technique to lay the product on our roof. Two days later Olvin "fixes" the roof again. Slightly better. But still extremely sloppy and the WRONG color. The GBR Roofing team also "fixed" some cracks in our roof cement wall. Only they did not seal them at all. Instead, they used indoor silicone caulk, so now our wall looks like it has spider web markings all over it. And here's the best part... nothing sticks to silicone! So we keep trying to paint our roof wall to get rid of the spider web markings, and NOTHING STICKS! We can't paint over it, it cracks within a day. Cosmetically it's a disaster. Now, a couple of months later, the roof silicone flooring that was never quite right, and always sloppily dimpled... is now peeling off at the slightest touch. Again, leaving us vulnerable to leaks. We asked Olvin for our money back or at least a partial refund, as they have left our roof in much worse condition than how he found it. He refused. He kept trying to sell us on more services. We told him he was not welcome in our home. Those "yesses" in the beginning that seemed like his understanding, were pure manipulation. He never understood, never knew what he was doing, and never learned that if someone pays you for a service and you do it incorrectly... that you now owe the customer their money back.

We called Tufano after a day of heavy rain and an apparent leak from our bay window. They sent out two people to assess the issue and they said they'd be back to replace shingles and caulk. Two guys showed up early, before the next round of rain and took care of it - also didn't mind my questions and gave me a full recap of what they did, which I really appreciated.
