We worked together on three separate projects, and in every one, his quality of work and professionalism truly stood out. First project: Elliot installed a French drain in my basement and noticed damage to the walls, so he recommended and installed a special polyester wall barrier. He walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. I waited a full year before writing this review, just to make sure everything held up--and I can confidently say, even through heavy rains here in Medford, NJ, my basement has remained dry. His work speaks for itself: solid, clean, and reliable. Second project: I still had high humidity in the basement, so Elliot suggested and installed a whole-house dehumidifier (AprilAire E100). He connected it directly to the French drain system, so I no longer have to worry about emptying water or dealing with moisture. For the master bathroom, Luciano took a small, 1960's bathroom and enlarged it into our bedroom, meticulously moving the HVAC ducting, plumbing and electrical systems, and the result is a floor to ceiling, marble bathroom, with free standing tub and separate marble shower, high end brushed gold fixtures and double Robern vanities. The Kohler Store in King of Prussia and the Robern (vanities) main company saw photos and featured Luciano's work on their social media platforms! R & D's work is truly fantastic. Garrett Group Construction was reasonably priced and operated 100% around my schedule which was amazing! Joey was very helpful in explaining everything that would be done and why. He was a trooper as well through all my extensive questions and concerns. Here are all the jobs they did for me: Tightened my loose porch post's, replaced numerous pipes, traps &fixtures in my basements and bathrooms, replaced my laundry sink, secured my loose toilet, installed a new exhaust fan, closed holes on the outside of my soffit, repaired and painted my bedroom ceiling, removed my family room blinds and put up curtains, installed 3 TV mounts, framed my attic (on a 100 degree day), fixed my door frames, repaired cracks in my exterior and added weep holes to my exterior. I'm sure there is more that I'm forgetting because the team was so fantastic and I interrupted them a few times and added more jobs as I discovered them. Moral of the story is that if you are looking for a contractor that truly treats you as if you are their family member and looks out for your best interests while providing exceptional quality work and customer service then look no further then GGC!
