I was highly considering booking an appointment here based on a strong recommendation, but upon…read morereviewing their staff list, I was shocked to see they employ Lily. I have firsthand knowledge of her past work, where a client's hair was left looking completely horrid and ruined right before a major event. It makes me seriously question this salon's hiring standards and vetting process if they allow someone with that track record to represent their brand. I am not sure if I will be comfortable booking here anymore, and I highly advise others to look elsewhere or at least book with a different stylist. Bringing on someone who compromises quality like this is a massive risk to the salon's reputation.

First I want to say that this is probably my 4th visit here for a haircut & blowout and they are…read moreusually pretty good, at least 4 stars but this visit was bad My bangs were cut so so short and badly that it looks like I did it myself and messed it up completely. I specifically asked for my bangs to be below my eyebrows and she made a rookie mistake of cutting it at my eyebrows when wet. Anyone with bangs know that once dry, it gets a bit shorter. plus she didn't cut it evenly or symmetrically. In the attached pictures, one is a picture of the bangs I showed the stylist (of the bangs I wanted), the one that looks very short is the bangs I left with right after (she styled it with a round brush and dryer), and the third one is the next day after I washed my hair and combed it down- you can see it's not even straight or symmetrical.. thankfully this will grow out in about 3-4 weeks but it's devastating with the holiday season, Christmas is in a few days and New Years next week with lots celebrations and my hair will look like I cut and messed up my own bangs. the rest of my hair was decently cut - though when looking at it, it's hard for the eyes not to go to the bangs that were so obviously messed up. I would have been understanding if they told me they gave me a junior or student stylist and I wish she would have just told me she isn't comfortable cutting bangs as it would have been better if she just left it alone.
