This is the best place I have ever gotten my Blowdry. Every place that I have gone to i have gotten burned. I was always afraid of getting burned in my scalp. But ever since I have been to Blowdry boutique I lost my fear of being burned. With my busy schedule I book the first available and all of the girls have been amazing. You get the same quality with all of them. To color my hair I only go to Caroline or Mary. But that's only because I love following my color plan. Also hair needs to be treated with care and that's how it feels every time. I have also taken my daughter who has very curly hair and she has been treated with care and caroline embraced my daughters natural curls and gave her a lot of tips to keep it healthy. Absolutely do not recommend. I came here before a special event and I had purple shampoo used on my hair to brighten the blowout and the woman who washed it didn't wash all of the purple out... what's worse is that the woman who runs the shop actually handled my blowout and didn't say anything to me/the woman who washed and just blew my hair out and left the clumps of purple on my scalp. I had no idea... until I was told by multiple people at my event that I had purple in my hair. Left me with a yuck feeling knowing that there was no way the woman who handled my blow-dry and curls didn't see and just sneakily avoided pointing out the error - bc she wanted to keep things chugging along in the factory of a shop. Really glad I paid for a service (and tipped well) that was beyond disappointing. The curls also completely fell flat 2 hours after & my hair holds curls well... so no- I would not recommend. read more

I booked a blowout here for my friends wedding and Katia did a wonderful job. She understood exactly what I wanted and it lasted all night! I have thin, wavy hair that tends to get frizzy but she knew exactly what to do. And she was so good that i booked a HAIRCUT for two days later and she gave me the perfect cut for my hair type to give volume. Management simply CANCELLED my appt & didn't tell me! My daughter & I were going to wedding, so I booked two appointments for same time and indicated our different names. I booked these appointments weeks before date and confirmed both appointments multiple times via their confirmation texts. As recently as 4 days before appointments I responded to their confirmation texts for the 2 appointments. Then when we arrived at Salon on day of wedding, their computer system had dropped my appointment and only showed one. This DISRESPECT & DISREGARD for loyal customers ( I've been customer for 7 years) plus their talented stylists who were placed in a ridiculous and unnecessary conflict indicates the customer comes LAST. Eek. I wish I had a great experience like the other reviews and frankly sort of confused with the other reviews verse the final product. I have high standards for blow outs and made an appointment based off of someone mentioned with many positive reviews. I walked in five minutes late and somehow walked out in twenty minutes. The blowout was horrible, I'm not sure she even used conditioner, she burnt my scalp, didn't try to find my part, there was flyaways and she used a curling iron which produced a much tighter curl than the lose waves I asked for. I went home and immediately washed it out and had to redo it myself. I hate to leave a poor review but it was not a great experience. read more

Did not enjoy my experience. Staff were completely rushed and did not communicate well. I asked for a round-brush blowout. Was given heated curls and charged an additional $10 because they curled instead of blew dry. That was not communicated to me. My curls were done by two different people because they were so rushed. So, looks awful and like they were done by two different people. Do not recommend. read more

Been coming here for a year. I will say, I've never had a bad blowout. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult to stand being in the salon. The floor is littered with hairballs and dirt. The sinks are dirty. The chairs-albeit white, so I'm sure hard to look clean-appear filthy. There is also a very bad smell in the salon. I don't know if it is hair chemicals, or maybe from the ventilation, but it doesn't smell pleasant, like a salon experience should. The last time I went in, the stylist grabbed a brush from a pile on her table to start brushing my hair. It was completely full of hair, and she didn't even clean it out; I was really disgusted. She proceeded to drop a brush on the floor, and just put it back in her pile. The people who work here are nice, but this establishment is fairly unsanitary. read more

Received the worst haircut of my life last week from David. It was uneven, had haphazard chunks of hair cut at different lengths all around, and was an entirely different length in the front compared to the back. I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed (she had to chop it really short) and the woman didn't even know how it was possible I had been asked to pay for such a cut and questioned whether whoever cut my hair had received formal training. And I had to pay a lot! I would recommend avoiding this place for haircuts at all costs. UPDATE: reply says no one named David works there which means I was booked with a guy who doesn't even work there! That's crazy! I 100% was there Sunday July 22 and received a haircut from a male stylist. I know based on your photos posted and my credit card bill and the address you have listed.
