Unfortunately after returning from school out of state, he had changed. I came in tatted and pierced up because I'm an artist and was looking into school for tattoo and piercings and had plenty myself. The first thing he said wasn't "Hey man, long time no see!", it was "What the hell did you do to your face?". I explained that this was who I am now and it falls into my art, but he just judged me for how I looked. No mater what I said, he shamed me for it and told me to take that junk out of my face, then instead of seating me, handed me off to a rookie, still in training (which I didn't know at the time). She ruined my hair wile Oscar watched smiling and she even was shocked when I went to pay tearing up. She asked "Are you sure it's ok?", but I just wanted to leave so I payed and left. After that I never returned. I warned my parents and had my Dad stop wasting his money here. Everywhere else I've taken him, he cried and screamed and we had to walk out. Alberto was SUPER patient and met us where we were and was able to show my son that haircuts are not scary and gave him a superb haircut. I was truly shocked that we got through a haircut without any tears and he looks fabulous! My 4 year old has never looked better after his cut as well. Alberto is a gem! Highly recommend A+
