When we arrived 5 minutes early to our appointment, she was working on another person. It took a long time... it is life; things can go wrong. The problem is she didn't even come over to us to explain how long I needed to wait for my turn. After 30 minutes of starting late. She didn't clean up her tools and used the same comb, brush, and clipper on our hair. I don't think she went to school to do hair. There is no sanitation idea, and my hair and my husband's hair both have the right side longer by 1/2 inch. I got a hair color/cut. But she did not apply products evenly, so some covered my gray hair and some didn't. Also, she stained my scalp and face!! I go to the salon to get my color, so I don't have to deal with stains & uneven color on my hair. She didn't even apologize at all.

Alberto was SUPER patient and met us where we were and was able to show my son that haircuts are not scary and gave him a superb haircut. I was ensured by the owner that I should try and come back for excellent service, citing, "we treat you like family". If the owner had been there, this probably wouldn't have happened. Your employees are like children, you have to keep an eye on them all the time.
