If project is on ground floor or are there stairs - it's clear in the photo I provided. 5. Do I have the stone and what type- this was evident in the original request for a quote. I would at least expect them to say "in a recommended thickness of 'x', it's x-dollars for marble, y-dollars for quartz, etc Overwhelmingly pathetic first interaction.
