They take measures to make sure it is a good experience. I get my eyebrows threaded and it's always great. I have also done waxing. They are clean and take appropriate precautions. I have never had any issues. The facials are very relaxing, and they use herbal ingredients which I love. They have a lot of different facial options, and they can also recommend ones that are good for your skin type. They do a great job with hair color and cuts as well. Pricing is very reasonable. They do get busy because they do such a great job, but they are very efficient. If you are getting anything more than eyebrow threading, I do recommend calling to make an appointment.

Tish totally understood what I wanted and delivered perfectly. My brows look natural, full and not at all like the current trend. I almost cried when I saw the finished results. The lash artist I chose, Tavian, texted me a few hours before my appointment to ask if I could come earlier despite me having booked 5PM a month in advance. I still came an hour early. Once I sat down, she continuously said she wasn't sure if she could do the style I wanted and that she can just "take them all off" if I didn't like it. This already made me feel unsure about it and she later told me I could come to get a free touch up. This was a nice offer until she texted me the next night trying to reschedule that too. If you book here, maybe consider their issues with time management.

Permanent make up is permanent and I spent close to $1,000. They still aren't complete with one brow 3-4 "holes" you can see skin.
