Time and time again, my mother has been saved by the integrity of this company! Today Appolo came…read moreout for a furnace cleaning and told my elderly mother that she had a gas leak! Would you think they would be mandated to turn it off? They did not and told her she needed a new furnace tomorrow and that they would send someone out in the morning. She was told it could not wait for parts for a repair. She was very suspicious and called Adams. Adams came out the same day and very soon told her that she does not have a gas leak (and if she had appolo should have turned off her gas), she has at least a decade of life left in her furnace. My water heater failed on a Sunday... water everywhere. I made the phone call to Midwestern Plumbing and was very surprised that they could accommodate me on the same day. I completely respect putting employee safety first, but that should have been identified during the initial site visit before they quoted the work and had me invest significant time arranging financing and planning around the installation. This experience made me feel like they don't have the right people evaluating projects upfront, and the lack of communication and last-minute cancellation showed a disappointing lack of customer focus.
