He sent thorough updates of every visit and lots of photos. My kitty seemed to be well cared for and all was in order upon our return. I will use them again in the future.

I must say I am disappointed, I'm glad I didn't leave a review the first time and waited being that…read moreI was using them for my military leave. I've worked with them for a while now, but I feel with this incident only proved my point. They didn't fulfill their promise by providing compassionate care and a trusted professional. My doggie, Benny is known to resource guard his pen, which was communicated and discussed on how to handle it. (So I thought). Each time I was provided by a "trusted" professional they had no experience with small dogs or dogs who resource guard, (per my conversations with each sitter), which per their company they claim to match sitters that work best with each pet. Personally, I feel their sitters are not trained and have no experience with all dogs especially this last sitter Brian. He didn't listen, I was a little uncomfortable due to the fact they placed me with him last minute and didn't tell me the other sitter canceled until days that I had to leave the state (last sitter still has my key card smh), so I had no choice. I get it most of these sitters are doing this for a side hustle and I understand safety b/c I don't want anyone to get hurt. But a sitter with resource guarding experience should have been placed with Benny. Each sitter I have told them about Benny's resource guarding and each time they disregarded what I say and tell them he's too aggressive with his pen, which I have already discussed with them about so I don't understand why these sitters would be placed with us. In addition, when I spoke with you all, I was told after the 2nd or 3rd sitter he was doing that not knowing it until it started getting worse. You stated, "they probably didn't tell you because they didn't want to worry you" No transparency at all, that should have been told to me at the very beginning so it could have been fixed. Upon further review via video, the sitter (Brian) did not have experience and mishandled my baby. Picking him up from his pen knowing I told you how he is with it and him almost getting dropped (knowing I told him how to walk him into his pen, he chose not to listen) followed by him using gloves to handle him, what kind of person does that? This is Benny's first time meeting this man and he is doing that, when you meet anyone you have to give them time to warm up to you, which he did not do. There was no care from that man and Shawna didn't care either when I expressed my feelings. I should make a report for y'all's negligence knowing I'm out of town and y'all can't take care of him. But it's ok. As Shawna stated "we have no sitters" I wonder what she would have done if I didn't have anyone to stop by? Just cruel and complete bs. Do better. If y'all were so trained you should've stepped in to care for my baby but you didn't. I feel I've been loyal and given y'all my hard earned money and this is how y'all treat Benny? I didn't see any aggression when my friend stopped by per the picture. Luckily I had my friend come by and take care of my dog but if it wasn't for her and my faith in God coming through Benny would have been without food, water and a place to relieve himself for a day in a half while I'm out of town. Again Complete bs, never again! The invoice will be paid as soooon as I get back to Charlotte!

She shows the highest degree of professionalism, yet is still friendly, funny and personable. She is reliable, trustworthy, thorough, prompt and will love your pets as her own. In fact, I think our dogs would have followed her home if they had opposable thumbs and could open the door to get out. One of my dogs needs quite a bit of medication every day, is a very picky eater, and can be a bit of a challenge behaviorally, and Deb found a way to relate to her as if they had known each other forever. Her daily summary reports are wonderfully detailed and her photos are fantastic. We even have a couple framed and hanging in our home. Consider yourself lucky if you live near Deb. -Michelle, Ondrej, Lenny and Tayda-

This is an update for Nana's Pet Sitting…read more This past year I have added a 5th dog to my group. At one point it was a foster dog that hated other dogs. Nana's Pet Sitting did a wonderful job at caring for my four and being quite creative at caring for my foster who was fearful around strangers. All was handled beautifully by Heidi and Linda. In the fall and at Christmas (2019) I was away and had adopted a 5th dog. This 5th dog is a puppy. Heidi came in 4 times a day as I always schedule and cared well for all of my dogs. There were medications to be given plus my dogs must be rotated due to one disliking one of my others. With the 5th it has caused Heidi to need more time which Linda gave her and which I agreed to cover financially! That old saying .. you get what you pay for!! If you want you pets to receive the best care .. call Linda Edwards with Nana's Pet Sitting. What I love about Linda .. she is direct .. no sugar coating. She has your pet's best interest and am so glad she is this way!!

I recently attended a pet first aid seminar presented by Linda Edwards of Nana's Pet Sitting/Pet…read moreFirst Aid and it was a complete waste of time. It was $40 for a two hour class that taught me nothing of value. For instance, one of the topics was what to do if your dog is bitten by a snake. Linda's Answer: Take them to the Emergency Vet. It doesn't take a genius to figure that one out. I also found Linda to be downright rude as well as a poor public speaker. She had no time management and completely lost control of the group on several occasions. At one point another guest asked a question and I gave my input and mentioned that I was a groomer. The guest thanked me for my input and Linda told me that she "lost all respect for me" because I was a groomer and then laughed it off. I realize that groomers do not always have the best reputations however; if I am paying you to attend a class the least you can do is not insult me in front of a room full of people. I will never use her petsitting business or take another one of her classes again.
