Their equipment broke the day they arrived to do the task. When they returned the next day, the work was done in a hurry! Because of another client, I assume. As the pictures demonstrate. Our front yard's grass was destroyed, and the back yard's ground was completely uneven! The pool assembler showed up the day after and used his leveling measure equipment. He even stated that he could not put a pool on this ground because it was not leveled! He even tried to fix it but stated that the ground was not workable. Darren was contacted and made aware of the situation and he was extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And thought the he did a fantastic job. Everything was left a mess! They didn't clean up after themselves! Stated "you do know it's about to rain right" claiming the rain would wash the dirt away from the driveway. Rubricx was the most expensive bid, but I got the distinct impression that the others would rush the job and were cutting corners, especially with regards to foundation preparation. Last thing I want is to spend money and find myself with problems a few years down the line. Joseph was very responsive and took the time to discuss all my concerns with me. I wasn't disappointed with my decision. The crew was great and did first rate work, responsive to my idea about installing a catch basin to be able to capture debris as part of the drainage system modifications, and generally went above and beyond.
