Great customer service. Omar, the owner is great. Highly recommend. He replaced our driveway and walkway.

Once you have paid them, they will not give you your deposit back even if it is several weeks prior to the 72 hour window. If you are even considering them, go to BBB and read reviews. They lie to their customers, take money from them and do not follow their own policies. Do not trust them. They have taken my deposit and refuse to give me back my money even though I cancelled several weeks prior to the job start. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

This company was referred to me, so I called them. We needed to have our pavers around the pool…read morestripped of the buildup of sealer. Mike and Fabian came out and said our pavers were in good shape but it was a hard job to strip the sealer. They verbally quote a price range and we told them it was ok. When I didn't hear from them in over a week, I texted Mike and asked for a quote or a contract. He called me and quote the price range again and said they could do the work in a couple of weeks. Two days later, we were in our house and notice couple of men around the pool. We went out and asked and the two men said they were going to start the paver work. (Our mistake.. we didn't ask for the contract) Over the course of the next two weeks, one or two workers showed up sporadically - never when they said they would come back!! They worked on and off for about 10-15 hours. To make a long story short, the work was terrible. (The stripping of the pavers around the pool was ok but the sealer they applied looked like a 3-year old had put it on. ( By the way, one Saturday morning when they came, they brought two children - I'm guessing their ages to be 3 and 6?? Because we were concentrating on the back yard, we didn't notice - a neighbor called and told us - that a little boy was running naked in our driveway and up the street. We have heard from the owner - Mike Gammel - twice since the work began - he was never onsite! Both times he called to see what work still needed to be done and when he could get paid. The sealer was applied on September 15th. Upon looking at the work this morning, I was so disappointed that I wrote Mr. Gammel a letter and attached a check asking that some repairs be done. I attached a check to the letter but deducted 10% from the higher range that he told us, until the repairs were made. When Mike came, he said he thought the work was great and reminded me of how it looked before his work. I told him I remembered very well but took issue with the quality of the sealer. I asked him to read the letter but before he could, he got very mad and told me just to give him a check - it just so happens the requested check was $500 lower than the one I wrote??? I told him that I had attached a higher check but he insisted!! Since I had put in the letter that I was giving him a check for a certain amount, I asked if he would sign a note that he refused the higher check. I asked about the contract and he said "I never do contracts"....if I had known that at the beginning I can assure you he would not have done the work.
