They put a hole in our dryer vent tube and denied doing so but they did replace it. The bigger issue was the reinstallation of our two toilets. The installers had no idea what they were doing. Both toilets caulking at the base started discoloring. We called a plumber and found out the installers cracked one of the flanges and laid the LVP on top of both flanges. A $750 Plummer bill replaced the flange the installers cracked, cut away the LVP that was covering the flanges, properly leveled both toilets and grouted both at the base. Thanks Carpet Man!!!!! Two reasons for this review... to alert people to poor installation and to have Carpet Man respond to this rating.

She sent a picture to verify what it looked like. When delivered the top was yellow greenish and certainly not matching the cabinet that they made. She refused to replace it or the shower bench or offer compensation in any way. She was extremely rude and aggressive. She said if I did not pay in full they would put a lien on my property. Avoid her and this company at all costs. I sent multiple pictures that clearly indicated what it looked like to no avail. Even the drawer to the cabinet was a piece from another project as it had hinge holes drilled out. She refused to replace the door as well. Just a terrible experience from someone who just doesn't care.

He took measurements and called us with the quote a couple days later. We were more than pleased with the quote. From that point on, everything went smooth as it could have. The demo went well and Avigna worked with me with scheduling as I had some plumbing changes to make. Tran the installer was fantastic. His crafsmanship was excellent and fast. Everything was installed perfectly, square and plumb and all doors were aligned exact. He installed the crown molding perfectly and again quickly. He is good. The template measurement came just a couple days after installation of the cabinets. And the countertop came a couple days after that. Avigna called us a day or two prior to every phase of the remodel to make sure we were ready and available. The countertop fit was amazing as well. The backsplash came just days after that. We are too pleased as to how well the entire process was done. NO complaints whatsoever. Thatnk you John, Sri, Tran and the granite layers and all involved.
