Afterwords, they were understanding and quick to add me to their busy schedule. The onsite team were professional and hard working. They did find additional work that was needed and requested that I review the added work with the added price. Glad I was there to see they were truthful and boy I'm glad I followed their advice. All said and done they serviced my home and were neat. The cleanup was also amazing. But please understand that all said and done no matter how clean and neat the service is there is and will be some minor things left behind. Like a nail or two maybe some unseen gutter clips. This is expected and I'm glad I hired this company. I strongly recommend them for your household needs. I'm certainly going to call them to see if they go into the city area for any work if my mom's house needs any repairs. It's worth it to ask.

The video shows my broken Hydrangea being shoved with the rest of garbage they trashed my patio with. Shingles were hung over the trees, an awful site. I payed this company in August to start my driveway. They were quick to cash my down payment. I was calling daily for an update to see when my drive way would be completed. Now Its the end of November and still my driveway is unfinished and unusable. They did not show up on Friday November 1 like they planned. They were a no show, no call, and no type of communication. I called at 3pm that day and spoke with Marybeth at the office. That was a terrible experience too! So I contacted the owner(Scott Sambrook). Boy what a joke!!! I can't believe he is the owner of anything. He could not even make a plan to get my small driveway done. So he promised that there was a crew coming to start my driveway on November 2. They showed up and removed my asphalt added a curtain drain. They did not bring any process material to fill and flatten my driveway let alone Marybeth said the whole job would be finished in 2 days. The driveway now is totally unusable. They also have a D- RATING ON BBB. I wish I knew before hiring this wannabe contractor. If you are using this company STOP! HIRE A LAWYER and get your money back. I will!!! Now the asphalt plants will be shutting down and I don't even have a half ass driveway. Thanks to the SCAMCROOK GROUP LLC. A few years ago I contacted them to clean my gutters but also install gutters on my garage. They sent me an estimate electronically, I signed the contract and they did the job shortly thereafter. Aside from the clean (and new) gutters, you wouldn't have even known they were at my house. This year I needed the gutters cleaned again and didn't hesitate to contact RIO. Oh and RIO sent me a reminder via email, reminding me that I should get my gutters cleaned but also giving a list of their other services (power washing, roof washing, tree services). Again I was able to engage them via their website, received the quote quickly, approved it, scheduled the date. Well the date came and they guys didn't come out but Gabriel called me saying that they got hung up on another job and it was getting late and dark out and he said he didn't want them to do my job in the dark (makes sense). He said that the guys could get hurt or miss some clean up. I appreciated that. A quick reschedule occurred. I really, really dig the electronic contract, quote, appointment and such. That's my kind of contractor. Check them out. I think you'll hire them too.

I personally loved the convenience of sitting on my front porch and picking everything out! He was patient and let us flip through the books and never once made us feel like he was in a rush. We put a deposit down on the spot. Our ability to do the project was dependent on another contractor doing stone work on our porch first. Fiderio was great about scheduling around them and getting the work done quickly once the stone work project was complete. They did their work fast and cleaned up without a trace. The prices are fair (let's be honest, home improvement projects are never cheap!) and the service and quality of workmanship is fantastic! I haven't even received my invoice for final payment, and I'm already eyeing my back deck for replacement....when I'm ready, I will definitely call Fiderio!
