I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ellis, and especially Noelle…read more After my home suffered storm damage, I found myself dealing with a long, frustrating insurance claim involving my roof, siding, and gutters. What initially seemed like a fairly straightforward process turned into months of back-and-forth with the insurance company. Throughout all of it, Noelle was absolutely incredible. She was persistent, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure my home was properly taken care of. She continually advocated on my behalf, challenged the insurance company's assessments when necessary, and refused to simply accept an answer when she knew there was a legitimate case to be made. I genuinely believe that without her determination, I wouldn't be getting anywhere near the amount of work covered that I ultimately was. My new roof was just completed, and there's still more work ahead, but I wanted to take a minute now to encourage all that may be looking to strongly consider this business.

So when I began reaching out to contractors to take on a large renovation project, I assumed my ignorance would be taken advantage of. The work would be shoddy, the cost would be prohibitive, and I wouldn't know any better. Him and his team were so awesome that I didn't mind having them around the house. The work was completed quickly, and Steve was communicative throughout the entire process.
