I was not his fan at first because he was my second Doctor that I have seen after hit and run accident that occurred in June. I did not understand why he has spent lots of time to ask me questions and measured my neck, my back, my movements and testing my pain areas. I have chronic pain from the accident. I am struggling to get myself out of my bed every morning to do simple things without pain med, therefore I do not care whether the doctor nice to me or not. All I care if he can help to ease my pain. The reason I continue to see Doctor Musnick because his laser treatment help my rib. After I seen few more different doctors, I realized this Doctor is a good man. HE CARES for his patient 's well being. He took his time to listen my concerns. He patiently explained and interpreted my MRI report which I had no clue what those medical terms meant. I have really crabby insurance who constantly refused to pay for my treatments. Therefore I have to pay cash. I think his service charges are reasonable to cheaper than other MD. I took 1* away because I have hard time to book my appointment. I have to book 2 weeks out in advance. He is a busy man and I thanks Raquel to help me to communicate with Dr. Musnick Read less ***. Up Date: I add back a star for my scheduling with Dr. Musnick. After my first review, Raquel tried hard to get me in to see Dr. Musnick. I need my back gets back normal so I can have a life!

This is the worst doctor experience I have ever had! When I walked into his office and sat in a…read morechair, he told me it was the wrong chair and pointed to the chair I had to sit in. He started off the conversation by telling me that he was sure that I wanted to hear his credentials. I said no, I just wanted to get started. He proceeded to take over 5 minutes to list his own accomplishments. During the conversation he would ask me a question. I would start to answer and get about 3 or 4 words out and he would hold out his hand in a "stop" position and tell me to stop. At one point I kept talking to finish my sentence. He yelled at me to stop. He talked me in a condescending manner, like I had no idea about my own thoughts. Most of the discussion was him talking to himself as he typed on his computer. I told him at the beginning of the discussion that I had anxiety and needed him to just tell me the necessary things I needed to know. He began listing all of the things that could be wrong with me. When I asked him to stop because of my anxiety he barked at me to stop talking and continued to talk to himself about additional things that could be wrong. Using outdated lab results, He became fixated on the idea that I had a autoimmune disorder without any current testing. When I told him that these results had been remedied and there were more current lab tests, he told me to stop talking. Instead of taking the time to wait to get new lab tests, He actually put an autoimmune disorder on my medical chart right then, without any concrete evidence. Later, with another doctor, it was determined that I did not have a disorder at all! It is a dangerous thing to diagnose and report without evidence. My friend had come with me to the appointment and I texted her to come back into the office because he was scaring me. He told her to sit down and not talk. When she tried to ask a question on my behalf, he barked at her to stop talking! He ordered unnecessary tets that uktimately showed he was wrong. I did not go back to him, but other doctors were able to tell me the good news. They were shocked that the diagnosis was already on my record and it was wrong! I have dealt with other arrogant doctors and I can bite my tongue if there is progress. There was no progress, only unnecessary worry and money. I feel this man is dangerous! On another note, when my friend was sitting in the waiting room, the office staff was having a loud debate about whether fingernails or toenails grow faster, then they started playing tag in the waiting room. A woman came in to buy supplements. When she left they openly mocked her.

Which I haven't done a push up in like a year. I went for some other blood tests and spoke to her about my concerns which she blew off in her very monotone Dr voice. She acted as if I was bothering her in her practice and made me feel VERY unwelcome and stupid for asking ?'s. I know a lot of Dr's have a sort of rushed sense while going about their day but I honestly felt like she could care less and I was taking up her time asking dumb ?'s. I am not a Dr- that is her job to help us regular folk get answers to our medical health questions. She was also kind of creepy in that manly Janet Reno kind-of way. Maybe she did too many Man-exercises.

I would characterize Dr. Kaser as practical and cost-conscious. She looks for obvious solutions,…read morenot necessarily dollar-intensive ones. She also asks good questions and follows up on issues that concern her. In my recent experience with her, she demonstrated good diagnostic skills. Five years ago, I described the tingling in my feet to my previous doctor and I was referred for an MRI, in the event that I had MS. I was also referred for an X-Ray of my spine. The results were negative. The cost of these procedures to me, after insurance, were about $1200. Presented with the same symptoms, Dr. Kaser said: "Your symptoms can be explained by varicose veins - which you have. Try wearing support hose. Also, look into a varicose vein treatment." Turned out she was right about both things. I was a perfect candidate for varicose vein treatment and it was fully covered by my insurance. Moreover, I learned that my "deep veins" were leaking (deep veins can't be fixed): thus, I really should wear support hose going forward since you leaky veins can cause some nasty problems.

She did not give two Sheets for what she did to screw me over. I used to be fit, tiny, exercised all the time. Fast forward to - Post hip replacement. I'm Effed! I NEVER had the issues prior to hip replacement that I have now. NONE! Immediately after surgery I knew something was wrong. And I TOLD her so! I am a 5'4" 110 lb woman who has always been healthy and fit. Now? Now, I can barely run a mile or let's be serious, put on my socks or underwear without pain lifting that leg she operated on. Post-op, all she did is repeat ad nauseum that I need to "heal." I am 47!!! I am FIT and HEalthy! No health issues. She undermined me and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. My life has never been the same. That was 2019. Fast forward to 2025. Still curse her name for dismissing me everytime I came back hoping for post-care and answers. She actually tried to sell me PRP which was going to cost me MORE money out of pocket that insurance won't cover and has an extremely low success rate. Never would have fixed the issue she caused which is called, IMPINGEMENT OF THE ILEOPSOAS TENDON! Several doctors later diagnosed me. Again, if you go to her and your surgery is a slam dunk, well her ego is satisfied and she is a "good surgeon." But, ask yourself this, what happens when surgery "isn't, a slam dunk?" What then? Medicine is a practice after all, which is why they call it that. What IF IT DOESN'T go as planned? IS SHE the surgeon you want? READ THE REVIEWS! ALL OF THEM! The reviews that are favorable are the ones who's surgeries went well. When they didn't (and let's be clear, not all will go perfectly), how did she and her team treat you? What solutions were offered? Was there ANY ACCOUNTABILITY? And I mean ANY? What about the kindness!? NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate my life now. And it's because of her. I could have gone to anyone!!!! She is full of herself and only wants a patient she can handle. She NEVER tried to call me or check back on Anything! NOTHING! There are so many ortho surgeons out there folks. Do ALL of your vetting and think CAREFULLY!

Not broken (woo hoo)! Doctors advice was "take Aleve for anti-inflammatory for one week". Might have been good advice if it had just taken place (but clearly i'd already tried that :) I'm no medical professional, but a third week Aleve will not magically help me regain motor skills :) I think I might have been better helped by a faith healer (same results minus the copay and deductible). So sad... She was so nice in person! I guess I'll be returning to another doctor who will actually be concerned about my lack of motor skills after now almost three weeks :) One thumb down (I'd put the other thumb down but I still can't move it). She gained one star for being concerned at the time; just wish she remained concerned after I'd left the office.

So, less than a month after the first surgery- he had his second. When my husband was in the recovery room- post operation- I went to see him him, and he was crying! I asked him what was wrong. He told me that the doctor said that this second operation was a "failure" also! He was also worried that he wouldn't be able to do his job anymore. ( He used to have a cabinet shop). Seeing my husband so upset made me cry too. It was very stressful! So then Dr. Strafford came out to talk to me in the waiting room. He asked me if my husband could do "design" work now. ( He knew my husband's job required heavy lifting). He went to physical therapy, and then developed a bad wound that bled profusely. This was where his sutures were. We go to see Dr. Stratford. He sends us to an "Infectious Disease" specialist! This freaked us both out. We go to him, and he tells my husband he has a bad staff infection. He also puts him on strong antibiotics for 28 days. Now, it is eight months later. My husband still doesn't have full use of the arm that is on the shoulder side of the two "failed" surgeries. Nor can he lift any weight at certain angles. These two "failed" surgeries have been a nightmare for us!

Exactly 8 years ago today at 5 am, I entered Swedish Hospital in Seattle to undergo brain surgery…read morefor Chiari Malformation. It was the single most petrifying thing I have ever done in my life. I entered the hospital with the following symptoms that thousands of people around the world also have, but cannot find doctors to give them answers for because most doctors are not trained in Chiari. My symptoms were... a chronic cough that made my head feel like someone had shot a gun through it at point blank lasting about 30 seconds each time; with each cough also came an electrical zapping that felt like bolts of lightning or a taser shooting out the top of my head and fingers and toes; I had complete dizziness that never stopped, causing it to be hard to think, see, concentrate, walk, shower, cook, shop, drive, fall asleep, pretty much do anything; upper and lower extremities would constantly fall asleep randomly; I would choke on nothing without warning, and also while eating and drinking without warning, my swallowing function would randomly just stop; I also felt like I had a golf ball in my throat even though a scope said I was fine; my vision was off; my gait felt choppy and uncoordinated, my memory was non-existent; I was unable to think of words when talking; I would say sentences that didn't make sense... And more! Thankfully God led me to a surgeon who was up to date on the latest Chiari research and she knew about all my symptoms and what my imaging meant. I will be forever grateful to Dr Jayashree Srinivasen, because I was on the very edge and she saved my life. Two weeks after my surgery, the lightening bolts and the gunshot head pain just disappeared. Many of the other symptoms continued to disappear over time. It has taken a long time to heal. At about 4 to 5 years post op, I stopped improving, but I am extremely grateful for as far as I have come in this journey. Thank you to those who have read this far. And thank you for my friends and family who have carried me through this. You know who you are and you are priceless to me. God bless you for being there for me! And I love all of you! They saw my brother for a broken femur, which is obviously not a small thing, and from the moment we were there, the care felt different. The provider who saw him took her time, didn't rush through anything, and actually answered all of our questions in a way that made sense. You could tell she cared, not just about the injury, but about him as a person going through it. Same goes for her medical assistant. Super kind, attentive, and just easy to talk to. It didn't feel cold or clinical the way some places do. It felt like they actually wanted to make sure we understood everything and felt supported. Honestly, after seeing how they handled his care, I've been seriously considering switching my own care over to them. That says a lot coming from someone who's pretty particular about where I go.
