It has a lot of different types of restaurants, a gym, Burke Williams (massage parlor), a movie theatre, that's huge. Unfortunately some of the places have been shot down like Frida, that used to be El Toritos before, Starbucks that is VERY IMPORTANT to some people, (not to me), plenty of other Starbucks's on every block is no longer there. Cheesecake Factory, along with so many other eateries, a snack shop, along with Buffalo Wings, P.F.Chang is still there. I am not going to name one by one what's there and what's not. All I can say is that everyone over there starting from the security guards are nice, helpful and friendly. It's a big structure based on 3 stories. Same goes for parking. However, I've noticed that on some of my shoes, the materials do not last. The (fake?) rubber soles crumble or develop deep cracks. The (fake) leather finish on my ankle boots peels off. These shoes are not worn frequently and they're stored carefully. No other brand I buy has ever had this problem. I spoke to Thaakirah J at customer service. She provided bad service, going out of her way to offer nothing in the way of a discount or credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I provided photos. She refused to help. I have concluded that Clarks shoes don't actually wear out through normal wear, they simply disintegrate due to inferior materials. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I am done, done, done.
