I drove from Lexington to drop them off, and was told they wanted to ship them to their home office as they had better equipment and the cost would be $1,000, which would include shipping them back to me. Not pleased with the bait and switch tactic. But am very pleased with the results, and it took only 4 days to get them back. I assumed any place local would just 'ship them out' and thus wanted to take them to where the work would be done. The work was good, but next time I will stay local.

The young man who helped me was Chris and he was so upbeat and pleasant to deal with and has great work ethics. My appointment was at 10:15 and it was done in 35 minutes. I needed an alignment and Luke came out and showed me the numbers and about 15 minutes later it was done. Make an appointment and pre order tires to what you want so that they have them there and it should be a quick appointment. The business was clean and neat. I never went into the restroom so I cannot comment about that. The truck tires were cheaper online from them, the alignment was average. The only complaint I have is that I have a lug nut socket that doesn't scratch the rim and they didn't use it. I will check the torque and check the rims. I don't think they were scratched because it's usually the younger kids that don't know how to use the air gun.

At $1000 a pop I really didn't want to have to purchase a new wheel from Tesla. That's where Brian and Acu-Tru Rim and wheel repair come in: For a little over $200 Brian was able to repair the wheel and match the complicated black metallic powder coat finish perfectly. I honestly can't tell where the damage even was originally. See the attached pictures- incredible work. He was also able to get me in quickly, and wasn't satisfied until we were. I would highly recommend him if you need a wheel repair!

They said that i wasn't making maxium payment max payment was $128 now they own the tires that i sent over a thousand dollars in the time alloted to me and wow RNR tires is an embarrasment to americia ripping off 50 year old disable veteran. ps they only have one brand nexen and nexen are generic tires. there is no goodyear, continental,bridgestone.
