A day or 2 following that night, we met at the actual funeral home with a girl named Iris. We could not have asked for a kinder individual, she helped us with everything! She went above and beyond and was so patient with the tough situation we were in. The gentleman that helped during the services was also so amazing. He made sure everything went so smoothly and was very kind as well, he felt like part of the family. Funeraria Latina informed us that our loved one had been picked up from the hospital and they would have the courtesy to hold the remains until we found a funeral home that was available. To our dismay, we find out that our loved one was never picked up and remained at the hospital. This funeral home has made our loss feel even more tragic.
