My family have my dad's funeral at drinkwine. I paid most of the cost for my dad's funeral. I did…read morenot ever get a last call that they closed my dad's casket. Very heartbreaking. I was not informed of anything. Took my dad to fort logan because he was a vet, people were parked everywhere. The funeral was disorganized. Jennifer, told me I would be getting a refund never did. The pallbears were not informed of anything until it was time to move the casket. Jennifer was in every picture that was taken while the pallbears were moving the casket. I have filled complaints with the BBB, attorney general, and will file complaints to dora. I will never pay even a penny to this company. They have similar complaints on yelp.
