I don't feel this place cared about the time and effort it takes for family to get there to only have 15 minutes to say goodbye. The person who ran our ceremony didn't even say their names. Grandpa served in the Air Force and should have received a certain level of respect and appreciation for serving the country. The grounds were beautiful and well cared. Give people more time. Do less services a day to let people take time to say goodbye.

I was not informed of anything. Took my dad to fort logan because he was a vet, people were parked everywhere. The funeral was disorganized. Jennifer, told me I would be getting a refund never did. The pallbears were not informed of anything until it was time to move the casket. Jennifer was in every picture that was taken while the pallbears were moving the casket. I have filled complaints with the BBB, attorney general, and will file complaints to dora. I will never pay even a penny to this company. They have similar complaints on yelp.

Kristen had excellent communication skills and made sure I understood everything that would take place upon my family member passing. Kristen always answered all calls and emails promptly. Sad to say my loved one passed this past Sept. I was then assigned to work with Andrew and McKenna(sp). Andrew was AMAZING ! Even during this stressful time he made sure all of my request were completed. He went above and beyond in all aspects of planning the service, and setting up the day of the service. There were several times I would focus on what he was doing and he was meticulous again in paying attention to small details making sure things were perfect ! The family is allowed to add a unique touch to the services to honor their loved one. They have a garden cementary , on grounds and it is beautiful.
