Several clarifications, corrections, and re-dos from my end, and he was always kind and considerate. They have a beautiful selection of urns and specialized containers in the office, and those are works of art. In the end we selected one of the standard Cherry wood boxes that came included in the price (cherry or natural), and even that is a gorgeous container, well-finished and turned. AND, as my dad was a Veteran, the American flag was also presented in an absolutely beautiful wooden box (matches the Cherry wood perfectly), with a wood and beveled glass lid.
