The difference was night and day. They understood that saying goodbye can't be rushed and gave us all the time we needed with my father. Their staff was genuinely compassionate, never pushy about costs, and worked around our timeline rather than forcing us into theirs. They treated my father--and our family--with the reverence and care we deserved during our most difficult time. It's clear they see their role as serving families, not exploiting them. We're grateful for their kindness and professionalism when we needed it most. This is how funeral services should be handled.

That's where I was when I had the great fortune to work with Julie Calvetti with Norman's memorials. She took over when the cemetery said no, going out to my wife's gravesite, cleaning it, and taking pictures all to help me order a replacement vase that the cemetery mowers had destroyed. Not only was she super helpful, but she was compassionate, even going so far as to buy flowers for the new vase when it came in. Amazing. I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do, I know who is doing the memorial for me. Thank you Normans, and Julie Calvetti.

They had no back up plan and the music portion of the service, again the very most important request of my mom's, was completely discarded. Additionally, they cut my sister's family completely out of the funeral pamphlet. The place was also quite dirty and the photos on the screen were washed out and difficult to see. All in all it was one of the worst days of our lives and it was made unbelievably more awful by this company. I would NEVER recommend them. In fact I hope everyone stays far, far away from them.
