Everything that Kaylan did to help us overcome the distress of my son's death was 100% professional and incredibly kind. She went to great lengths to handle everything from contact with the county government to the crematorium on our behalf. It was seamless. She never let us stress about what to expect and she followed through with all details. We wholly recommend The Neptune Society for its service. The cost of the service provided was very reasonable and for that we thank all concerned read more

Having lost my father the end of 2024, my husband and I decided to contact Neptune in Arvada. My brother was cared for by them in 2019 when he passed, but my Dad handled those responsibilities back then. This time we had the real pleasure of working with Larry, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, and believe me, the patience was needed. Several clarifications, corrections, and re-dos from my end, and he was always kind and considerate. They have a beautiful selection of urns and specialized containers in the office, and those are works of art. In the end we selected one of the standard Cherry wood boxes that came included in the price (cherry or natural), and even that is a gorgeous container, well-finished and turned. AND, as my dad was a Veteran, the American flag was also presented in an absolutely beautiful wooden box (matches the Cherry wood perfectly), with a wood and beveled glass lid. We were highly impressed with the professionalism and kindness demonstrated by Larry, and the efficiency with which our needs were addressed. Thank you so much! read more

Neptune Society - Very nice presentation! - Cremation Services Near Me - Arvada, Colorado

Was a little Leary about this whole cremation policy thing. Good friends of ours recommended Neptune and now I am so glad they did!! My wife and I bought our plans just over two years ago. Sadly she passed away 3 weeks ago, unexpectedly. Contacted Ashley and with one phone call, everything was done by them. HIGHLY recommend Neptune!! Bob L. read more

Kaylan and her staff were very caring and informative. They took care of everything. I would highly recommend them.

Do not do business with the Neptune Society if you live in metro Denver. I was strong armed into a contract and then lied to about it. I was specifically told that an add on service could be revoked after the contract was paid in full, otherwise I would not have agreed to it. The amount is $499, not a small amount of money. No one could give a straight answer at first and gave ridiculous excuses about people on vacation; not my problem. They don't run an ethical business and prey on people who are stressed at trying to prepare for their own death. Stay away from the, they only care about money, not your wishes or the wishes of your family! read more

representative was something I was considering anyway. The representative sent me a price list in advance. He listened to me and explained my options. Obviously, I can't check final results, but I'm comfortable with my decision. I was surprised at the cost- it's not cheap, but more affordable than the alternative. read more

Beautifully beautiful people. So caring and responsive, Larry was wonderful - very patient and helpful. I knew my mom had pre-planned for everything but had no paperwork as to where. Initially I called Olinger and they came and picked up my mom in a very caring and dignified manner. They called me the same day and told me they had found a pre-paid plan with the Neptune Society - she was transferred and cared for there at no additional cost to our family. Very grateful for Larry and the team there as I managed final arrangements, which are always very difficult emotionally. read more

Monument, CO Purchased pre-need cremation services for four family members. Process was informative, NO STRESS, with no presure. Attended a lunch seminar and then met with the local rep. Purchase process took an hour and half and we paid with credit card getting reward points. Hope to not use for at least 10 years!!! read more

We are so pleased with the support we received when my mother passed. In the difficult time immediately after she passed, it was a great relief and comfort to know that we did not have to worry about anything (most specifically, having her removed from her home). Although my parents set up their Neptune Society accounts in California, connecting with the Denver location was seamless and we were reassured that we would have no problems. They sent her remains to the cemetery in California, so that was another thing we did not have to deal with. Offers of emotional support have been greatly appreciated. I intend to set up the same accounts for my husband and me. read more

When my father died in my arms, it was just the two of us. After a while of reflection and lasting hugs, all it took was just one phone call. Neptune handled the rest. No stress, no questions, no fees ... just absolute professionalism the entire time. I don't know what I would have done without them. I'm so thankful my father pre-planned his passing, and gave me this gift so I wouldn't have to worry or pay anything out of pocket. Thank you so much Papa for literally thinking of everything for me. You will FOREVER be locked in my heart. I love you. read more

Thank you to Raeann and the rest of the staff for their wonderful services during this difficult time. The Colorado Neptune Society is the biggest waste of money I can think of. They lied to me about picking up my mother and left me hanging. I had to pay another funeral service to pick her up. Don't fall for their sales hype! 0 star rating, read more

Quality, caring services arranged for future use. Reasonable cost and extra services provided.

Peace of mind is having your final act laid out and paid for. With professional and personal assistance from Mark S. Lane, we did do exactly that. Mark thoroughly took us through the process and asked us pertinent questions that made us stop and think of exactly what it was we wanted to be done. My parents selected Neptune Society and their day was indeed a perfect day of celebration of their life. The way Mark went about this process made it most enjoyable and dare I say fun. So, if you are thinking about what it is you want to do to make it easier for the loved ones you will leave behind and at the same time give you peace of mind, Call and ask for Mark Lane you'll be glad you did. read more

Wonderful, detail oriented, thoughtful and compassionate service. My deceased father had bought a policy that took care of nearly all of the details of the disposal of his body, in advance. Truly a blessing. read more

Would give zero stars if that were an option. I received marketing material from the company addressed to my deceased brother who passed 13 years ago. I did not own this property while he was alive nor live in this state. Very very very bad marketing with zero respect for loved ones. When I called they could not tell me how they got his name ... would NEVER give them a dime. Check your morals and marketing, Neptune Society. ** in response to your response: I called and was not given the option to remove myself. It was also extremely concerning that the person who answered your phone on the mailer sent could not tell me how my or my deceased brother's info was used in your horrible marketing. I had to leave a message and would be "called back." Interesting you were able to respond to a Yelp review before someone answering your business' phone number could explain how this happened. Are your preying on the vulnerable by purposely addressing mail to deceased loved ones? Something is very wrong with this business and I would urge everyone serious caution before they would engage you to handle their loved one's cremation. read more

We have used Neptune society twice for my grandfather and now my grandmother. The whole process took alot of worry from the family. My Mother pre-arranged her cremation 6 years ago at a Neptune Society facility in southern California and then moved to Denver. When she passed away the medical staff at her assisted living facility called the nearest Neptune in Arvada. It was tall taken care of. When my husband suddenly and unexpectedly passed away, I called the Arvada site and one of there staff met me at the hospital here and I paid for their services just 4 hours before he died. I was so impressed with their professionalism, their caring in my devastation that 6 months later I made the decision, as my Mother did, and pre-paid for my own cremation. I can't say enough good things about this organization. read more

My dad always like to plan & be organized. Preparing for his & my moms passing was no exception. He was in hospice during his last days, and although we were prepared, it was still a difficult situation. I called Neptune after he passed & can't say enough about how supportive & kind they were during this time; something you really need during such an emotional time. They came to my parents home, where dad passed, and were kind enough to pull into their garage. This gave us the privacy that we needed from understandably curious neighbors. They also gave us each time to say goodbye. We didn't feel rushed, and while we knew the next steps, they took the time to re-explain things in a calm & gentle tone. Although my mom is still with us, I know when the time comes, they will be there when we need them. I appreciated their support & guidance and highly recommend them. read more

The Neptune Society staff provided courteous and conscientious support with all the sensitive issues related to our family member's passing. We needed to arrange for payment from an independent Neptune Society in California to the local Neptune Society in Arvada. Also needed to coordinate obtaining a burial permit in California and scheduling a ceremony at a California military cemetery. The staff in Arvada took care of those details, which was a load off our shoulders. We identified a correction that needed to be made to our initial invoice, and the staff promptly made the correction. Overall, we received attentive and very good service and are grateful for the assistance received from the Neptune Society. read more

John Moody at the Arvada Colorado Neptune Society is OUTSTANDING! He took us easily through all the steps that he would do for us. He is extremely professional and caring person. He did almost all the work for us. We felt that we could contact him at ANY time and he would be there for us in our time of need! I wish we could have met him in person to thank him. Because of him we are seriously considering using Neptune Society. read more

In the recent loss of my Mother, it was a blessing that my parents had already prearranged everything through Neptune Society. At the hardest time of my life to tell a hospital which mortuary to call... the decision had already been made. All I did was provide a phone number to the hospital. I did not have to think or worry about who to contact or what to do. Neptune Society is open 24 hours a day, so needing to have that call handled at 1:30AM was not an issue. They were courteous, prompt, helpful and sympathetic to our situation. We worked with James, and he was thorough, kind and helpful. Knowing how simple this whole process was for the survivors, it really makes me think twice about getting my affairs in order. Thank you to their help!!!! read more

I keep receiving mail addressed to my husband about pre paid cremation from this company. My husband died and was cremated 4/12 in Nebraska. I am unable to get him off this mailing list and it is really upsetting. I have called and end up with an answering machine. Even if he wasn't already dead, I wouldn't use this company. read more

So I get that call I've been waiting for, they say everything is ready. Then they ask DO YOU HAVE THE URN.... Are you kidding me, I all most throw up right there in my lap ! this was a pre paid package that came with an urn (a cheap one at that) it was dropped off two weeks ago when I signed all the paper work.... Think about that... Two weeks...This whole ordeal has left me traumatized, these people could careless. Two weeks for a direct cremation at a cost of 2100.00 and one traumatized family. I'll remember this forever... I'll remember how heartless and shallow I was treated, I remember how disgusted I felt, I'll remember how sick I felt walking through those doors. I don't know how these people sleep at night. read more

My mother had a pre-paid contract with Neptune Society in another state. The service in my state, where she had moved, was everything and more than I could have hoped for. The staff at the office were kind. They never tried to sell me more than my mom had agree to. She had the urn at her home (which is really a nice wooden box). They put the ashes, which were in their own container, into the urn. They did lots of extra paper work for me. I now have a pre-paid contract for my husband. I recently lost my father. My father had an account with Neptune Society. This was understandably a very difficult time for my family. I contacted Alejandro Ruiz from the Neptune Society of Denver. He was always easy to reach and quick to respond to my every request. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Alejandro. I highly recommend the Neptune Society. read more

Thanks to Alejandro and his team at Neptune for his thoughtful, courteous, and helpful knowledge that helped us through the process of our mother's cremation. No hard sell, just education as to some options and addons available to us. Neptune was easy to work with, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Don't be afraid to use them. I see some other reviews that really do not address their main business of cremation and burial. I am satisfied with what they did for us. read more
