I was able to find a staff member to help me pretty quickly, and he set about looking for a match. It took him about 10 minutes but he did find a match, and then apologized for taking so long. I was overjoyed and said you're amazing! No way would I have found that little piece of metal by myself. I paid my 3 bucks and went on my way. I will definitely turn to Ace Hardware first for all my weird little hardware needs!
