    Mimosa and menu

Greeted promptly It was busy and everyone looked like they were having a nice time. We were a larger party that just finished a cleaning party at work. Next time I will do a mimosa flight I got a regular mimosa which was great and a Greek omelette (no toast by choice) everything was flavorful and fresh good portions the seasoned potatoes were great the omelette was cooked perfectly. Rachael was our server and bartender she made great drinks, all of our food came out perfect, Bloody Marys were also very well made. Area was kept manicured (very attentive not overbearing staff). Rachael is a really great team player and server 10/10 Music selection was great, other staff was very kind, busy but not cramped. Great spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch!

GREAT FOOD and Really nice people working here. We have had a meal here and take out. I definitely recommend eating in if you can, the food is so good, unfortunately when you take out, it's good, but after traveled it's just not as good - because of transporting it in closed containers. So many offerings, sweet, savory and healthy options. Something for everyone. The service was quick, accurate and friendly. We love the pancakes, the biscuits and gravy, the chicken and waffles and the corned beef hash. I love breakfast and this is definitely my go-to place when we are in the area. Plenty of parking, although it does get crowded A lot of seating and it does fill up fast. I hope to be able to come back in the warmer weather, as it looks like they have a decent patio.

A very popular breakfast spot with lots of creative dishes on the menu. They are very accommodating for different sized groups. Lots of interesting coffee and mimosa flights (which we didn't try just saw other ppl order) the coffee was good, service was great. Food was good! Wish there were fresh fruit options. They do have real maple syrup!

Everything Omelette with toast and potatoes

This place was perfect! I went with my boyfriend for a brunch, and they had such delicious menu items and plenty of drink options as well. I got the Traditional Eggs Benedict and it was amazing!! (with homemade hollandaise sauce too!). My boyfriend got the everything omelette with toast and potatoes, he let me have a bite and the omelette was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The seating is very cozy and the servers are very kind and welcoming! Highly recommend Erica's in Maine!

First time there! Love the food! We all had some form of the Eggs Benedict. Delicious especially the homemade cornedbeef hash. The Server was polite and smiley and the over all atmosphere exuded some fine humor! By the way you can get a great bloodymary or margarita at breakfast too!

Seriously the world's slowest service. I had a view of the cooks and they were grabbing bacon with their bare hands to place on plates.

Found this place during our road trip and decided to stop in for dinner with the family. It has…read moreoutdoor seating and is dog-friendly, so that was a must! They don't take reservations, and they don't have a waitlist you can join before arriving -- which almost deterred us since we'd been driving all day and the hangry monsters were in full effect. But we risked it and actually got seated right away. Service was great -- friendly and attentive, there just enough and exactly when you needed it. The cocktails were pretty good. I had the Proper Manhattan (Woodford Reserve whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Woodford Reserve chocolate bitters, garnished with a Luxardo maraschino cherry and orange wedge) and the Proper Pig (Crown Maple bourbon and amaretto, garnished with an orange slice and bacon). My dinner was great -- I opted for the Veggie Wedgie (house-made veggie black bean burger with fontina cheese, avocado, shredded lettuce, red onion, tomato, and a citrus chipotle aioli, served on a brioche bun), and I swapped the fries for a side salad. I also added on some mac and cheese, because you gotta be bad sometimes ;) I'd order all of it again! The others got the fried fish and fried shrimp plates and weren't as enthusiastic as I was -- they said the breading was a bit too thick. Overall, it was good, and I'd hit it up again if I'm ever back in town.

Location - Great thing about their location is there are plenty of places to kill time while waiting for your table - local shops or Waterville Creates. We were there on a Saturday and we arrived around 2:30 for an late lunch/early dinner. To our surprise, there was a 25 minute wait! It's a popular family restaurant as well. It's a lot bigger inside than it seems from the outside. When you walk in, there are mostly high tables and a long bar with seating. Walk past the bar and on the right is a dining area with a lot more tables. We had 2 kids and 4 adults and we had plenty of room at a center table. There were booths along the wall. Our server was so great. So patient, and kind. She was great. She checked in regularly, our drinks never went dry. The food was excellent. We had the food for take out during the pandemic and thought it was ok. Having it in the restaurant - HUGE difference. I got the cheese curd burger without the top bun. My nephew loved his chicken wings, my niece loved her mac and cheese. We all loved our burgers and my bro-in-law liked his reuben. I loved the fries, they seemed more the "chips" from the UK - which I loved. Parking - street or on the concourse below Main Street. We will definitely be back.

Nonetheless, we heard good things about the food so I thought we'd give it a try. We were greeted right away by the bartender who couldn't have been nicer. She was a delightful lady and served us also. I ordered the French onion soup and the bacon and Gouda mac & cheese. My husband had the state fair sausage sandwich. The food was really excellent. I was quite surprised. The cook brought it out and he was a very pleasant gentleman. The French onion soup had a deep rich broth that was really delicious. The bacon and Gouda mac & cheese had a very rich flavor of Gouda cheese, which was wonderful, but a very heavy meal which I couldn't eat much of because I'm such a lightweight. My husband enjoyed the state fair sausage sandwich and said he would order it again. The tavern is right on the river literally and you can sit outside and watch the river go by which is very charming. It was a very hot day so my husband and I decided to sit inside and the only choice inside was either a barstool or a very hard bench, which is the only reason I didn't give this restaurant five stars. If I had a nice soft, comfy booth I would've been perfectly happy. Overall it was a very good experience and I definitely would consider going back.
