But after 5 years it was still a rollercoaster of eczema coming and going and getting very severe at times, making it hard for her to sleep at night. I came here and she used a combination of acupuncture using some electric hand held thing (instead of needles), and some method to decrease her flare ups which I won't describe here because I think you just have to try it. Now a lot of the foods and things that caused flare ups are much less severe. It'll help if you know what causes the flare ups (ex: foods, heat, pets, etc). When you tell this to them, they say it's just policy. Policies that aren't secure or user friendly should be called out by customers. Second thing is that the front office person is exceptionally rude and lazy. It's funny how those two qualities always go together. A receptionist is supposed to be at the front office during work hours. When a person comes up and says they can do the form in person, you don't insist that they do it online if you care about your business. In hindsight it was good that I didn't enter my credit card details because I didn't end up using the service. Oh ... And the plaza with their office is dingy.
