He listened to my cry and tell my awful story, and he listened very carefully to everything that I explained to him. He then assigned my case immediately, to Brandon & Bobby. WHAT A DREAM TEAM!!! They never tried a case like "our situation" and took the chance with us. The compassion and kindness they showed us was profound. Just the fact, that they really wanted to try to help me and my little girl was kind. They fought for us hard. The major chain hotel came back with (3) offers within 14 months, and we took the last good offer without even going to court! We got our checks very quickly as well. Terrible experience. I was sued by a debt collection agency. Of course, I didn't know what to do…read more So, I hired Mr. Jacobs because the reviews were good. They promised to go to court instead of me; so I was relieved, and I didn't appear in court. They charged me $350. Big Mistake! He appeared the first time to court, just to present a NOTICE OF APPEARANCE" (February 7th). Then, he showed up on February 25th, but, the judgment was continued for April. I was not served on April, but he was served. April 22nd. . . NO SHOW. Then, June 17th, he showed up, but judgement continued for July 1st. Then, July 1st . . . NO SHOW. Consequences: Entry of Default against me, for failing to be present as required by law. I was not served, Mr Jacobs was served. Default Final Judgment on July 23rd. On October, the plaintiff presented a motion for continuing writ of Garnishment against me. November 6th, I accidentally found out. I claimed exemption and requested hearing. . . Plaintiff and Mr Jacobs were served, but NO SHOW. Now, in December, Christmas time; my paycheck was garnished. Mr. Jacobs NEGLIGENCE caused me not being able to pay my rent and much less Christmas gifts. I have evidence of communications, and Mr. Jacobs was very disrespectful towards me. I'm 62 years old. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

Quality of Service is plug-in play. Pretty easy....until you have real business dealings and need…read moretheir help to address or contact insurance co., because they are the one;s who have all the contact info. They don't have any direct tel # you have to leave your message with a receptionist. They call back the next business day. I am unable to deal with one or two employees when trying to solve problems. It seems to be a different employee trying to solve the same problem over and over and over. My time is wasted replying to multiple employee emails all with different ways to solve the problem. Their verification for beneftis of patient's insurance takes too long. (3-5 business days) And they take 10% from every check issued. A simple Electronic Insurance Billing software can be $75-$125 month and you do all the input yourself. I pay close to $300 a month in their 10% fee. They are too hard to get a hold of and they take too long in resolving issues. STAY AWAY!!!!!
