Because the court does not allow Trial by Written Declaration, the only options were to appear in person or hire an attorney; otherwise, pleading no contest and paying the ticket would have meant points on the driving record for the next three years, a separate Georgia Super Speeder penalty, and likely higher insurance rates. Even with very short notice (about 48 hours), The Ticket Clinic was able to move the hearing date and successfully negotiate a settlement reducing the charge to a non-reportable offense in less than 30 days. This avoided Georgia DDS points, the Super Speeder surcharge, and the need to appear in court. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
