I wrote my whole story into the chatbox on their website, & received a call with hours from Todd Miner himself after dinner. He listened to my cry and tell my awful story, and he listened very carefully to everything that I explained to him. He then assigned my case immediately, to Brandon & Bobby. WHAT A DREAM TEAM!!! They never tried a case like "our situation" and took the chance with us. The compassion and kindness they showed us was profound. Just the fact, that they really wanted to try to help me and my little girl was kind. They fought for us hard. The major chain hotel came back with (3) offers within 14 months, and we took the last good offer without even going to court! We got our checks very quickly as well. AND........we also got our entire "expensive vacation" refunded! Now me and my daughter can make new & beautiful memories & forget the last one thanks to Todd, Bobbie and Bandon! They handled everything. They responded to every single one of my calls and e-mails and answered any and all questions the same day, and when I would call and cry, Bobbie would always make me feel better. I was just starting my solo practice and looking for an easy billing process, which they promised. I unfortunately used them for a few years, thinking insurance just didn't pay well and feeling grateful I had a lot of cash patients. The more I learned about insurance, however, the fishier HBS started looking, and I left their services when they started charging a monthly fee, even if I had no claims to process. I have many things to say but in brief, their customer service was terrible and once I left the company, I realized they had been billing incorrectly and providing me with incorrect information the entire time. With them, I needed to follow up with insurance myself, and they fully disappeared several times and were difficult to contact or get a response from. When I left in Fall of '25, they sent me their list of opened claims... There were 52 OPEN CLAIMS, some from as far back as 2023, for which I was never reimbursed. I have to redo countless claims because of them, and may be at a financial loss due to their practices and the ages of some of these claims. I need to work with another professional to clean up their mess and see what if anything I can possibly get reimbursed for at this point. They put my business at a huge risk, broke trust with some patients because of their false information, and I've lost money because of their practices. Don't use them.

I think it's a great when someone is talking about a lawsuit they were involved in and all the keep saying how good the other sides lawyer was. That's is always what I hear about Mr Seacord. I'm a physician currently now in another state and I still call him first because I trust his advice. Extremely genuine person that I'm glad to have on my side if ever needed. I have talked with him about so many different issues to get good solid legal advice. From trademarks, liability, to family law and have been satisfied with all advice. I have referred several friends to his firm and they have all been very pleased. I did receive my money back but not without a fight! I told them I no longer wanted to deal with them anymore I was done! As 2 years passed I received a letter from the IRS stating that I owed $150 for 2 years, of expenses on a business that never started up!
