Long story short I hired The Ticket Clinic to fight a ticket for me. They "claimed" that they resolved the issue right? HOWEVER they didn't send an email OR a letter stating what the next steps are, so although they "solved my case" in reality they didn't because my license got suspended and I had NO idea. So not only did I have to pay the court fees but I had to pay extra fees to reinstate my license.
