I've been seeing him for quite some time now, and he consistently does an amazing job. He listens, takes his time with me, and I never feel rushed. One of my favorite parts of every visit is seeing the office staff. They always greet you with a smile. They're genuinely kind, welcoming, and always so upbeat. It's one of the few medical offices where I actually look forward to my appointments because everyone makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I'm so grateful I found this practice. I understand he specializes in hands and wrists but I'm very happy to have had him as my nose surgeon. My son was able to get an appointment with his office within a day after being released from the hospital. He assessed the break and said he could perform surgery (mainly moving the nose back into piace) and then applying a "cast" for a week. He did that and removed the cast today. Although it's still tender, my "nose job" is done and together with nose exercises five times a day hope it stays this way, I'm good to go. No more trips/falls for me. Dr. Laksman is very professional and knowledgeable and his staff friendly and courteous. I'd give him Ten stars if I could even though five stars is max!

Requiring a referral seemed reasonable, so I went ahead and got one from my school. Later on, I called the clinic to schedule an appointment and asked again if my student insurance can be taken now that I have a referral. It seems that the same lady I talked to on my first visit answered the phone and confirmed that they will. Today, I came into the clinic and gave the front desk my student insurance and referral letter. The same lady told me that they will not take my PPO student insurance despite having a referral letter. This is extremely unprofessional and I wasted my time throughout the entire process of going to the clinic twice and obtaining a referral. I did not get her name but the lady I have been talking to with blonde hair and glasses should be re-evaluated.

What I liked about my consultation was that he was normal and real. He was calm. He was not trying to sell himself. He also said to wait on the lift because a lot of patients dont need it. A surgeon who is not greedy? Really in California ? WoAH. He listened without interrupting. Veronica is kind and also a powerforce, treated me like I was family and my life was as important as hers. And I was a pain in her butt, meaning lots of texts and questions etc. My PCP approved my surgery eventhough there were high enzymes in my liver bloodwork, but Dr. Cox cancelled it just to be extra cautious. I was upset but I loved the fact that he cared, that was a loss for him too and more work to rescheduole. I also wanted someone who had experience in Breast Reconstructive Surgery in case something was needed when they opened me up. Thank God for that. I did a mamogram beforehand because you cannot do one for a year . During my explant, Dr. Cox found a mass on my right breast and biopsed it to make sure it was benign. And it was. As soon as I got in the Hospital rooms, a few nurses and even the anesteciologist got in my room and shared about how good of a surgeon he was. I never asked. They told me their stories and experiences and I felt overwealming peace, a knowing I was in the best hands I could be. He removed them emblock with just a capsulectomy. Yes. Apparently someone with his skills can do that. Previous surgeon had left the old capsules in when he exchanged them in 2003. He also fixed my scar tissue and made a smaller cleaner incision. He gave me his cell phone nmbr in case I needed anything. Wait, what? My breast look great, pain level about a 4.

I have autoimmune issues and can be complicated at best. I recently was hospitalized for my first of many breast cancer reconstruction surgeries and a lift for my other breast and he did amazing work. I am so happy with my lift it's perfect and other nurses who have seen it want to go to him as well and get work done. I had minimal pain in that side for a day and it's perfect. The other side will be a work in progress but I feel like I am in the best hand I could be. I feel the love from his whole team. They care so much for my recovery and my dignity.
