The crews showed when they said they would, did what they said they would, and did so showing care for our belongings. We had no damage at all. Bob Ferrick is a stand-up guy who is good to his word. Maybe a competitor's "estimate' is 2% lower than Ferick's firm quote. I'll take the firm quote from an honest business every time.

It was clear he knew a ton about pianos and went out of his way to not just sell a piano but to make sure the piano I was looking at was a great fit for my needs. Any purchase I make I do a ton of research and Eli was great at patiently answering all of my questions. They even went out of their way to open their store on an off day to accommodate my schedule. Solomon tutored Chloe through the basics of both courses with both a deep understanding of these two subjects as well as his ability to communicate concepts clearly. This was especially important for Physics as it had become obvious to all of us that Chloe's teacher possessed very poor teaching and communication skills. Thus Solomon had to function as Chloe's actual Physics TEACHER as well as her tutor. His demeanor was hugely valuable too as his fine sense of humor and personally-supportive nature transformed the atmosphere of the process into one that was positive and confidence-building. This greatly alleviated much of Chloe's coursework anxiety.
