The crews showed when they said they would, did what they said they would, and did so showing care for our belongings. We had no damage at all. Bob Ferrick is a stand-up guy who is good to his word. Maybe a competitor's "estimate' is 2% lower than Ferick's firm quote. I'll take the firm quote from an honest business every time.

It was clear he knew a ton about pianos and went out of his way to not just sell a piano but to make sure the piano I was looking at was a great fit for my needs.
