Both the office staff and doctor were really welcoming and friendly. I told the Doctor that I might get anxious on the day of treatment, he answered all my questions and sent a prescription to my pharmacy On the day of treatment, the staff were nice as always. To be honest, the whole team had so much aura I wasn't even that anxious going into the treatment. Chair and glasses were both comfortable, I even fell asleep for basically the whole time which is crazy work because I'm usually really anxious. Dr was kind, informative, educated, personable and did a great job. They also sent the paperwork over to my dentist without me having to facilitate anything. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone. First when I walked in the treatment area I noticed that they were listening to Reggae music which I love given that I was petrified inside. Stephany was so kind and patient while I nervously took my jewelry off to do X-rays. She set me up and made sure I was comfortable. When Dr. Hamid walked in he introduced himself and asked me what was going on and gave me the opportunity to voice my concerns and answer any questions. He numbed me up, cracked a joke that made me chuckle and then soon after they started on the procedure. Both of them were so kind and checked on me frequently. I appreciated the work they did and how painless it was. Thank you to all the staff I interacted with from the front desk staff to Stephany and Dr. Hamid. Hopefully I won't have to be back soon for more dental work but if I do I will definitely come back soon. Dont go here!!!! Was billed in collections 9 MONTHS after my visit!!!! Never a phone call notification of outstanding balance or a billing statement on professional letterhead mailed to my home address. Apparently just two emailed Square receipts requesting funds 6 and 7 after the initial procedure then immediately sent to collections. When I received this notification and tried to get a hold of the office manager for clarification that took over a week of phone calls to get someone on the phone and track them down. For such a professional establishment it is shocking how cheap the dentists are here that they are not willing to make their office staff make a simple phone call or send a appropriate professional letter to a home address letting people know that insurance didn't cover X amount and that you as a customer have a outstanding balance . This would've been no problem for us to pay, but the fact that it's handled so casually and even their collection agency doesn't make phone calls regarding this. I'm lucky I saw these emails in the first place because they went to a spam folder. They're unprofessional debt collection emails look like fraud so be careful because it's almost like this office Intentionally doesn't want you to pay so they could reap the benefits of sending you to a collection agency. choose anywhere else but here or you're gonna get scammed!!!! I was VERY nervous and VERY scared when I heard I needed a root canal, but I was in so much pain,…read morethat I knew what had to be done: face my fear of having tiny barbed wires stuck into my sensitive tooth to clean out all the decay. Luckily, my knowledge of root canals was based on what dentists did in the 70s and my procedure was neither scary, painful, or traumatic. It was no different from having a filling or a crown. There was no pain at all and my anxiety melted away as soon as we begun. Dr. Kathpalia and team were very understanding about my nervous nature and went out of their way to make me feel calm and comfortable. The tools and equipment were all modern. There were no implements of torture or ancient relics in the office. The only pain I felt was in the other side of my jaw from holding my mouth open for an hour and a half (and of course when my dental insurance covered a generous 3% of the total cost). Endospecialists even has their own gated parking lot, which is a really nice touch. This was a referral from my own dentist, but I would recommend anyone needing a root canal to give them a call for a consultation. I must also mention that they only charged me one time fee while for my procedure they had to perform twice, the reason was that the first time, after about one hour of work Dr.Nabipour could not remove all root canal since I had severe infection, my root canal was not dry so he had to see me a week later where he performed a perfect operation.
